Yeah, I recommended the Daniel St lyrics last time around. Wish Tim would change it up!!

II:Surreal Radio>Inner Glimpse, Vera St, Sleeping Beauty>Doughboy#>Gravity>No Regret>Fairy^>Score>Dimension Five>Fresh Cut>The Grand Scheme of Things>Surreal Radio
cool idea:thumbsup: except vera st. should be sung as
"Making the night last forever
I wish we were together
Memories of you in the summer heat
?Bout the love we had on Daniel Street"
-
how would you split up garcian into 4 parts?
Very good question. Didn\'t even notice that before.
-
1st split up is the beginning
2nd is the beginning of the chill jam
3rd is a more intense reprise of the chill jam
4th is the ending of Garcian :)

if i could get confirmation that they were going to play that setlist, i think i\'d go back to being a halucinagen user for one night.
^^^
If that setlist was played, I think Milford would be sucked into a vortex by the end of set 1.
Set one Vortex Encore!?!?

That\'s right. NO STOPS first set.
This will take a long time to play, but i\'m up for a late end or an early start.
That\'s a crazy setlist.
Someone will probably rip me apart for this but the inverted and songs broken up more than once kill me. The only time I liked the latter was the latest Iron Horse show with Episode 3. It worked well with that, but sometimes I think when they break a song up too much you lose a lot of the songs best jams and it turns more into a gimicky thing. This probably has to do with getting in the proper position to segue seamlessly. Then again, I have no idea how they do half the **** that happens on that stage.
Don\'t get me wrong, I love how Breakfast gets inventive with their tunes, it\'s one of the reasons why they\'re so great. It\'s just you know how an album can be overproduced and it comes out worse than if they just got rid of some clipping and let it go? It\'s kind of like that, except in the case of the Breakfast I can still enjoy the songs.
Though I\'m saying this and look at all the segwiches I have in my setlist. But notice the songs are only split once.
This is all minor irks for me anyway, don\'t let me rain on your parade Jim Cobb!!! :guitar:

Homecoming Opener = jam > Mayfly

:point: hate to break the news to ya\'ll, but, the band decide to cancel April 6th, 7th and 8th to do a 3 night run on a side street nestled in the meth district of St. Louis for the first annual Meth Fest wit da Break Fast!
-
cosmic spacewya rhyme is so underplayed, and i\'m sorry but some of the sickest guitar solos i\'ve ever heard from any player have been embedded in the soundscapes of sundance. yea, daniel st., bring it on!!!
and lemme get a heather while youre at it

it\'s all about the NY homecoming.
I am predicting:
The fire->The jump off->the hot ****->face ownage->w0W->dance party->The jump sauce->The fire
-
As long as I dont hear Phaddy Boom Baddy or VT song at Daniel Street I\'ll be happy as pie...
:that:
-
Homecoming setlist:
Skip To My Lou > On The Road Again > Don\'t Let Me Down > She Keeps On Passing Me By > I Missed The Bus, LDZ
-
But I\'d rather have an Inca Roads>RDNZL
There are too many bands who offer songs that The Breakfast would do more than justice too. Unfortunately Tim doesn\'t see eye to eye on these songs because of their obscurity. That being said it was the obscure factors of their older covers (ie Echidnas, Miles Beyond etc) that REALLY drew me to them.
As long as I dont hear Phaddy Boom Baddy or VT song at Daniel Street I\'ll be happy as pie...
-
other than a select few I dig most of the Breakfast covers, like thank god they shelved message in a bottle
I gotta agree with joe here though I\'ll take a One BIg Mob any day of the week
-
ha, i was thinking to myself the other day, "i\'d like to see a cover-free breakfast show", but i think i\'m just being a brat, i really do like most of their covers... but i suppose with all the new tunes, i\'d almost prefer a jam-packed show comprised strictly of originals...
-
new tunes?? :chin:
-
no covers. plently of originals to fill the show.
unless your going to first time inca roads.
-
I would die for a Cosmic Spaceway... YUM that and I can\'t get enough of One Big Mob either!!
-
Glady\'s Pimp!!!!!!
-
would definately love to hear sundance at the daniel street show; ever since the inverted version from 11/17/05 this song has been high on my list of breakfast favorites....
could also go for an Episode I, Gladys Pimp, and Cosmic Spaceway Rhyme....
-
Oh, I love Sundance. In fact i\'m always surpised that it isn\'t in heavy rotation. It\'s just such a great launching pad for some psychedelic jams and soundscapes! It\'s just that Vera St. has been shelved since October and Sundance has been getting a little play, while Vera has remained a dateless wallflower sleeping on a pillow made from someone else\'s blood.
-
REALLY!!! not that there\'s anything wrong with that tune but as far as BFast tunes go, I\'d ratherhear a sick jammy tune I haven\'t heard ina long time than a ballad (unless it\'s good things but I don\'t have to worry about that one for awhile ;) )
-
Not as much as I miss Vera St....
-
^^right outta the gates eh?
It has been awhile, I miss that tune
-
sundance opener!
-
^^actually I think that\'s what happened last time, everyone submitted their own setlist, it was supposed to be that they chose one, but I think they ended up picking and choosing songs and wichs form different lists
-
Can I write the whole setlist? ;)
-
I need to do an archive Breakfast binge... I\'m still too hooked on Umphrey\'s to change my disc rotation to TB. But there are so many shows I want to check out, like the one above,, DAMMIT!!
-
That was actually my personal most listened to show for a long time, and then the page turned........
and they keep turning and turning.......
-
Wow, there are so many Breakfasr shows I missed out on the past few years.
-
I remember a few years back for the first "hometown" show (it was in MA) the fans on .info got together to write the setlist for the show, or at least make suggestions. Any chance this could happen again?
If I remember correctly this was the setlist:
May 8th, 2003 - Pearl Street; Northampton, MA
I: Hard Luck Harry > Score > jam > Hard Luck Harry > Merge > Drum Solo > Memory Of A Free Festival, Mooboo\'s Voodoo (Episode 2), jam > Puppetry, The Grand Scheme Of Things > Question Mark And The Mind > The Grand Scheme Of Things, The Chase
E: Rufus > Phaddy Boom Baddy > Rufus > Phaddy Boom Baddy, jam
It would be nice to get a crazy fan setlist for the Daniel St homecoming
