Jocelyn,  There is a dog park near my office that I often walk to on my lunch break (to see cute dogs at play).  I saw one that looks exactly like your Sadie on Wednesday.

Awww thanks... I love my little Morgan... The first picture is the firsy day I got her about 6 weeks. The 2nd is about 2 years old. You should see her at the park. She runs circles around other pups-litteraly... Not that I was depressed or anything but as soon as I got her the happiness levels went through the roof.. Best thing that happened to me in a while.. IF you dont have one , go out an adopt. You will be happy.

agreed on the ugliness of the dog. though my mom has five cats at home, and my childhood had three others, I am still a dog person. I am getting a dog relatively soon, probably within the next month or two before I move into a new apartment, house, hotel room, or cardboard box. I plan on hitting up the shelter, so don\'t expect any great lookin pure bread from this guy, I\'m a mutt person for life.

Edit: on a side note, my professor this semester won the westminster junior show award in 83 or 84. I guess she\'s been working on her doctorate thesis on human-canine communication/relationships. Says she\'s an expert, but I\'m still skeptical. http://www.dogpawes.com is her site, but its pretty thin on content, which I intend on bringing to her attention tonight

I\'m also a dog-lover... although I don\'t have one at the moment, my doberman Lance lived to be 13.5 years old... here\'s a pic of him from a few years ago.

Regarding the bull terrier, I agree they are pretty ugly... however, the show competition is based on how they compare against the "breed standard" not how attractive they are.

Anyone ever seen the movie Best in Show?  It\'s a must for all dog-lovers.

Im bias for the Golden\'s myself ... I guess Rufus won because of his head. They say that breed looks for the egg shaped head and he had it to a tee....
Thanks for the kind words Dave. Or I should say Morgan thanks you... Dogd are the best.. Im thinking of  putting some sort of link/page on my site to adopt a dog.. My little Morgan came from the North shore animal league on a bus full of pups. We met in westport almost 3 years ago and been happy ever since...
