its funny umelt is playing same nite, friday as well in plattsburgh.  too bad im down for the bfast since i saw umelt before b.c i mised moe.down.  either way the bfast should def hook up a gig at pb. finnans (monopole) i know the owners aand **** so ill see if its cool. im sure it would be seeing how they have theyve play there plenty of times before, so im told

"R2-D2 We Wish You A Merry Christmas" - This song is C-3PO\'s gift to his little buddy, R2-D2. He tells R2 to plug-in to the mainframe so he can listen. If I was R2, I\'d be pretty pissed off if my gift was to hear Bon Jovi singing "R2-D2 We Wish You A Merry Christmas" along with a high school choir. It\'s sickening hilarious hearing Bon Jovi sing the lead vocals on this song. You wouldn\'t even recognize it was him without reading the album notes. "And if the snow becomes too deep, just give a little peep." I\'m fairly sure Bon Jovi used to be a woman.


These two were from an old TV Christmas special, they\'re hilarious.  Talk about corny

by the way, i think that although the life aquatic is a hilarious movie, it would make for a terrible FF theme...dazed and confused sounds awesome though! killer soundtrack

I think the theme is awesome.  It will be a lot of fun.  It has meaning and you can participate to whatever degree you feel comfortable with.  Last year\'s Lebowski theme was great with all the props, band costumes, and musical tie-ins, remember?  Just sit back and enjoy and have fun whether you\'re a geek or a Leia-Hater.

My roommate and I are going to be Team Zissou Interns for Halloween. We\'re going to have to share a glock all night.

Back on Star Wars...one of my favorite moments during my one and only Breakfast show was when they teased Leia\'s Song during Mayfly. You can hear the "crowd" (like, 50 people) go nuts on the recording.

They used the Lebowski version as outro music after the show which was cool, if you listen to the show you can hear it

They\'ve done teases of alot of these songs but never full versions, I feel like it\'ll be more jam sessions based on songs from the score.  Which will be fuckin killer but I liked the whole thing w/ Lebowski ya know rock songs and what not, for a rock band

Those sticks were found on the airconditioner in Rm 134.  It was amazing that they were only used as giant drumsticks and for light hand to hand combat sparing....  If timmy had gotten a hold of them, you could have guaranteed that someone would have lost teeth (or maybe more teeth) or even suffered a broken nose or concussion......I made sure to take the sticks upon checking out....

analogy:

the breakfast\'s song \'Gravity\' is much different today than it was when they first started playing it. the band played the original live for a while, and at some point, they felt they wanted to make some changes to the tune that they wrote.

for argument\'s sake, i LOVE the original. not a fan of the new Gravity at all. the band doesn\'t play the original version anymore, and the only place i can hear the old version now is to listen to recordings of old shows. when they went into the studio to record Real Radio, they didn\'t record 2 versions of Gravity - all they recorded was the new one.

they should have released 2 versions of Real Radio - one with the old version of Gravity, and one with the new version, because even though *they* wrote the song and like the new one better, *i* like the old one, and *i* have the right to have old Gravity be given studio treatment by the band, so that *i* can listen to the version *i* like better.

i have a problem whenever someone takes soemthing that was everyone\'s (like the original films)  claims it as thier own (lucas who hasn\'t directed a good film since 77\') and ruins it....the new ending song i like for alot of reasons prolly cause when ROTJ:SE came out and i was a young lad it was like the best day fo my life, i also used to cover it in my old band, but the drumming ewok dosen\'t even sync up to the new song, which i guess is bogus

Not a chance I hated that song the original was way better, you didnt\' like any of the additions to the SE what about some of those shot sin Cloud City, Tatooine shots I thought some of those were good additions, and yeah **** em Han shot first liek the bad ass he is

Lub Nub is hot, but the ROTJ:SE new song is also SER!   I would love to hear that song, much more fitting end to the trilogy, only good add in the SE\'s as far as i\'m concerned.

The Breakfast has announced that this year\'s Fonghoulish Freakout theme will be Star Wars.

The 7th Annual Fonghoulish Freakout will be held on Saturday 10/29/05 at the Webster Theatre in Hartford, CT.

This will be the second year in a row the band has chosen to do a movie-based theme to the show; last year using the cult hit, The Big Lebowski.
