Don\'t worry sports fans.  The last thing that is going to happen is for this to turn into a regional act.

New agent just getting rolling, but lots of new stuff is on the table and being sorted out.

personally id love to see the breakfast out west, in my opinion it is probably the only way they will ever be able to make it big-time, but I also feel that the east coast has plenty of good stops along the way and they should try and get a Spring/Summer West Coast Tour, mainly so I can follow them to as many as I can.

I know when Im off during Springbreak I\'d like to be able to see some bfast shows in the midwest, south, west. I guess it doesnt matter really as long as I dont have to worry about school and ****.  Im def. down for Spring Breakfast 2006!

Truth be spoken Leith.

I imagine that touring will become a little bit more expensive now that gas is over $3. I do know that the band know that they need to tour and I am pretty sure that a string of shows in the proper venues will benefit them greatly and pay for their trip to the much deserving west coast.

Anywhere but New England.

Let the other hungry pour souls have eat some Breakfast. They deserve it as much as we do on the east coast.

exactly! the breakfast has been playing the same places for 6 or 7 years now, and anyone up there who\'s likely to want to see them probably already has (and a lot of those folks probably saw them a couple years ago and figure they\'ve already \'been there; done that\'). get out there where new folks can feel the magic and then keep going back out frequently. imho, of course.

The band knows it needs to tour. The problem is $$. It costs alot to do full coast to coast tours. When you look @ the growth of their fanbase it is tied into the years that they did full tours.
From what I have gathered in conversation they would like to do some Midwest dates soon to help pay for the week out West in Nov. They fully realize the need for more exposure out of the NE area and that may have had an impact in them choosing a Booking Agency further west.
I **** constantly about them not touring and that is due to being selfish and wanting my damn Breakfast but moreso I know that for them to make it they NEED to leave the NE area more often. Fact is Fact. Tour or become a Max Creek and hang around town w/ a core of crazed fans that adore you over all other music.

Hopefully the dates will be announced soon. I don\'t see anymore September dates popping up, considering almost every weekend is booked. The only date I know of is in October at the Webster. I am sure there will be plenty of October, November and December dates announced soon. Well, at least I hope there are.

jill and i are in the process of sending out a bunch of freebies (i think we sent out 7 or 8 today), and it\'d be cool to be able to include a "and see them live near you, here on this date" kinda note.
