 Jim Cobb is an eclectic New Yorker, unafraid to embrace any style of music within his own. At only 20 years old, he is a name to watch out for in the future.
Must have been before the haircut!
-
i also just changed Jordan\'s departure from "the end of summer 2006" to "early July 2006".
-
so who has been editing this? anyone here?
i\'m not gonna edit the bio (yet).. just added .info and myspace to the external links section, and corrected the spelling of Tramontano, but there are definitely a couple things wrong with the bio:
The band was formed in East Haven, Connecticut in 1998, during which time all the original members met: guitarist Tim Palmieri, bassist Ron Spears, drummer Adrian Tramontano and keyboardist Jordan Giangreco.
-- Tim/Ron/Adrian knew each other long before 1998.
and...
The band\'s popularity began to rise after four songs from this album were featured on the MTV series Undressed.
-- ??? um.. no it didn\'t.
it\'s good to see that someone is editing this though. so, anyone from here?
-
i am in no way responsible for the writing of that.
-
You???
-

So did Crescendo Artists complain to Wikipedia or what?
-
I actually never followed up on this, so it wasn\'t me. I would think copyright is copyright, but as long as you sourced your refrences, :wtf2:
Yeah that was probably me. I had a bunch of stuff input about 3 months ago but somehow messed it up.
-
I enlisted them into the urban dictionary a few months ago, just cuz i go there more than wikipedia.

well i guess no one really posted anything in this thread, but i think there must have been something about the band on wikipedia (probly that generic bio that is on .net, myspace, and crescendo sites), cause i just found this when i was fuckin around on it....

Guess someone just did a little cut and paste job....huh, thought that was the whole idea of wikipedia

nice. ill pull some of my journalistic abilities out of the dusty areas of my dome for this one. the band deserves effort from me, lots of it.
-
I\'ve been kicking this around for the last few weeks, and then pitchie reminded me with the eschers thread.
Here\'s the deal: anyone can submit information into the encyclopedia. So, post anything and everything you can think of here that explains what the band is. I\'ll go through it all in a week or two and compile it as an entry onto the wikipedia.
This way, everyone will have a chance for input and we\'ll be able to verify everything before it gets posted.
