a mix of newer and older songs in the mix.. decent show for those interested in getting to know all that is moe.
(the Rebub sangwich was pretty sick, and Water hadn\'t been played in a while if I recall)

AlZ-I am in the same exact position as you are. I have listened to moe. before but have never really heard moe. before, if that makes sense. I am positive that I can just grab a show and listen to it but I really wouldn\'t know if it was a good show or not, because I don\'t have any clue as to what makes a good moe. show. I would definitely like to form an opinion on them that is not biased. Because as of right now, and this is not a knock at moe., I would not go to moe.down just for the Breakfast, but that is just me.

Since I like to be an independent thinker wherever possible and don\'t have an opinion on Moe at the moment, can someone (Most likely Igz or OldNewb) please recommend a solid Moe performance that is available on archive.org? I would love to hear one of their "better" shows and then make my decision accordingly. I have listened to live Moe on previous occasions while driving to CT with Gregg, though I would prefer to hear a show that is approved by both Newb and Igz (our primary Moe spokespeople on .info) if possible.
-
ha ha I\'m thinking the same thing.
-
i don\'t like moe at all..but youc an bet your sweet ass i\'ll be at moedown

moe.\'s ok, alright, ok, alright, ok alright ok alright ok....alright.

I think I gotta go with Kyle
-
I would say that constitutes liking them
-
enough to fly out for their fest.
-
no biggie.
just thought I would give them an honest listen now instead of basing my opinion on years old facts
-
Spacey......when I get some free time, i\'ll send you some good one\'s. (if i can find them)
-
I wasn\'t really expecting an answer.
I have very few moe. shows, can anyone recommend me one? I would like to give them an honest listen again. Most of my stuff is from 1999-2001, I think.
-
big fan of moe.

big fan of moe.

I don\'t even think I have a jamband top ten, which they wouldn\'t make it in to anyways because I just don\'t think I am interested enough to listen to them consistently. That is not saying they aren\'t a good band. I really have a top five and if you aren\'t in that 5 then you aren\'t getting played.
-
Used to play the live shows I have quite a bit, but from 2002-2004 I felt the performances were a bit stale. Have started d/ling some of their more recent stuff again as they seem to be varying the setlists and introducing new material.
They would however, only just make it into my jambands top ten list at number ten after breakfast, sci, phish, bisco, k-dub, mule & tlg (another tie!!), panic and phil and friends.
-
I have no reason not to like moe.
-
I\'d have to say I do enjoy moe. Haven\'t seen them alot, but the shows I have been to were good. And ever since my Real Radio CD pulled the mysterious dissapearing act that has been the case with every PB official release I have owned, I have been listening to Wormwood more frequently in the car.
-
-
never really heard them play anything ive liked...i heard them BUTCHER a "harder they come" once
-
i once saw them with like 20 kids i know at the beacon, a girl i know got roofied had to carry her out, and saw buquebus almost get into a fight with a drunk \'roid ragin moe fan, who decided the walk to the bathroom was way to far for him, and proceeded to **** on the floor of the top row mezzanine, then almost got in a fight with kids on the train home, after that my opinion of moe. is pfffffffffffffttttttttt as well
-
<<< never had a bad time @ a moe. show, except for a few short moments when some dufus at the Beacon straight ganked a cig outta my mouth and demanded that I give him some mushrooms..
-
i like moe. they ripped **** up in Potsdam in 94 or 95, who knows.
-
