Well as you can see if you look @ the time of the last post by Freddie. It was pretty much spent. Than Gencs came on and started **** again as he is wont to do as he has nothing better to do but defend Wah even when Wah is guilty of the VERY SAME **** things Steve is accusing me of(asaulting character blah blah). So in my mind the thread is closed. I can now see Steve does not really think before he posts. there is something called restraint you do not HAVE to post. I will try and remember that when I see the idiotic posts that follow.

Okay, I just donated. Not out of spite or because of this thread, but I have been meaning to for a while, and rather than wasting another $150 on a golf club on eBay that I\'ll end up breaking, I\'ll give some of it to the site instead because I love what Dave does and the **** he puts up with to allow us to have a place to call our own.

But hey, if it means that much I am more than willing to support the cause now since I have an income now, and honestly forgot all about it.

Ask Dave if he wants to tell you. I am currently waiting for him to figure out the whole supporting member status to contribute more. I\'ll tell you this it was not much and that is my biggest point. It does not take much but with the number of us on here a little from each would add up to alot. No I do not think I am any more special than anyone else due to my contribution. I just happen to think with the amount of **** talking done by many of the posters here it would behoove them to step up and at least contribute to the place that is there for them to talk ****. This is an olllllld subject and really only brought up due to your little fanclub wanting a forum for you and the fact that you think due to your asscociation with the band you have carte blanche to raise hell on the site dedicated to them.

you\'d be surprised, but freddie is a real good judge of character. also a true gentleman, and always ready to bend over backwards to help out his fellow breakfast fans and make sure everyone is having a swell time. the breakfast fans have a done a great job of making me feel as if i\'m part of a big family(esp. freddie and stephenying).

Actually my first post in this thread was basically sarcastic ala most of the posts found on this board. I fully agree this is futile and if I could just resist I would but I was asked by Dave to start a fire and I did. The point being that there have been people asking for different features on the board that if they contributed some $$ they may see. These same people have a post ratio of at least 3 to 1 of crap to actual contributions. Yeah you are correct this is stupid. Thank you for @ least saying I was not the only one being an idiot.

Hey, we\'re all used to people bitching....feel free. To some extent it gets listened to, but to some extent normal business forces rule. For instance....the Webster might not WANT the band is the draw is 300....so you get your wish. Or...they might try to cut the money, in which case THE BAND might decline. Or if their was an option in that market....perhaps the need to play there would be less.
We think we need something better than Sully\'s to grow into, even though Sully\'s is a decent place.
As far as Dead tunes....the band likes them, some fans dig them....they are gonna play then from time to time. If you don\'t dig it use the time to smoke or hit on babes. If you are a babe...hit on guys....whateva.....

This is a fan board for the fans. Bitching about your favorite band is every fans right. With the exception of Joe/curephan, i think everyone has a right to express their feelings about the band/music and all things related to that.
If you were at the Webster, it was easy to tell that this band had the entire crowd completely under their spell....
If i were coming onto the message board of a band that i just started getting into, and all i saw was lips on ass sucking up praise, i would wonder what the hell was going on.
Just a thought....Regardless...I am still gay like a navy man for TPalms and the Breakfast....

I don\'t think anyone is even coming close to saying B-fast sucks. The members of this board are the biggest Breakfast fans there probably are in the world.
But they are a band, and since apparently they\'re trying to blow up in the scene they are subject to criticism and scrutiny just like any other band. If somebody complains about something you have a right to disagree... and since this is a Breakfast fan board I\'m sure plenty of people will back you up.
Unless it\'s a ligitimate complaint, then maybe the band might actually take notice and improve.
So, if we could mellow out of the attempted censorship, mmmkay...

Yea the Webster sucks, but thats where they played, and yea some people didn\'t like the setlist completley...so get your own band and write a setlist.
