yeah, Ashville is a lot of fun.  I\'ve been there a couple of times. Saw Particle @ the Orange Peel.   Unfortunately Wilmington is on the opposite end of the state.

make the trek to Asheville.. lots of stuff going on there.  I dunno how far it is in relation to Wilmington, but go to the mountains...
what brought you there?? work?

I\'ll be in Wilmington NC for the next month, anyone from the Carolina\'s that can recommend some local music for me to check out?
