Its really hard to measure if that banner is worth the 300.00 a month it costs. The lony way to really find out how many banners they have in the key would be to be clicking on the site when no one else was.....otherwise you don\'t know who got it while you weren\'t.
They claim in the course of a month it would come up something like 100,000 times.
$300.00 for 100,000 impressions is WAY too expensive.
Seriously bigest rip-off I have ever heard of.

http://www.dunzo.com
run banners there

WHEW, 103 hits until it came up! I was determined to see it. Although, the Bonnaroo banner only came up once at around 60 hits.

Watch for the JamBase review as well.
let\'s hope they\'re nicer than that dude from jambands.com

gabe - what ever happened with the box scores?
well to put make a long stoy short, my setlist submissions sometimes took longer to get sent out through e-mail, as I would be on my way back from a show or whatnot. The thing that bothered me was that jambands.com never gets updated on the weekends, so if I sent a Saturday night setlist into Jesse on say Sunday evening around 5:30, he would void it from Monday\'s box scores.. not really to much hate going on, he just was all on a high horse and ****..

I tried about 40 and never saw it!

took 56 times!

Vic, any chance of talking to the people at apple about promotion? Maybe get a Real Radio track up as a free iTunes dl?
-
I had no problem getting a Jammy program. In fact an usher chased me down to make sure I got one. Sadly the ad was buried in the back with a ton of other stuff vying for your attention. I was still glad to see it.
-
We know have a tour press guy who sends to the papers just before the show. He landed the buffalo write up....
We have sent to the Hartford press for the Webster show. Hopefully they will support it.
-
Vic have you sent any to local papers? Hartford Courant has some decent reviews in the Cal section Thursdays.
-
Geez....I just love wasting money.....
-
thats what happens when pot heads try to run something...
-
We also had a nice ad in the Jammy program at the show.
:sigh: And yet again, they made finding a program at the Jammys harder than finding Freddie\'s good side. Last year, they had them in boxes ON THE FLOOR next to a table set up the furthest point away from the entrance. Never made it over there this year, so...no program. More disorganized this year than last.

34 reloads, give or take a few, but I think it is completely random because I saw a few ads more than two or three times in those 34 reloads

Relix is reviewing the record next issue. We also have a 1/4 page ad and a banner ad on Jambands.com running along with that.
Currently we have a rotating ad on Jambase.com...upper right corner. It comes up aevery 20 or so hits....so sometimes you have to refresh a bunch of times to get to it.
We also had a nice ad in the Jammy program at the show.
The paper in Buffalo ran a nice spot on the band for this weeks show.
Hopefully these things will start to bring more folks out to the shows.
