100x100 pixels; 200k filesize..

you can upload something over 100x100, as long as it\'s 200k, and it\'ll resize it to within 100x100..

im pretty sure i told me anything over 100 is no good,then  idid it manually...

long as it\'s under 200k, the board will resize it automatically..
