When I eat sushi I\'m usually drinking mai tais. I know, I know, horribly girly.

Not much of a fan of any of the Asian beers to be honest. The best sushi place around here sells Sierra Nevada porter, which is my fall back if I\'m not feeling a mai tai. I know it\'s not the way it\'s SUPPOSED to be done, but, I don\'t care!

I do like red wine with sushi. Or just about anything else, he he.

Don\'t like hardly any white wines, champage included.

i like chilled sake, to be honest...

Have you ever had CHAMPAGNE with sushi?  amazing combo.

when I am dining on Japanese, hot sake is the choice for me....
I feel it compliments the Japanese food the way wine compliments Italian foods......
