I won\'t be making it to any of the shows as I just told my mother to forget about getting me a rental for the time I\'m there since I\'m lacking a little thing called insurance. I\'m way in the hole financially right now. I had everything solved, but the answer won\'t work now. So, in short...next time around I\'ll come to see a show. Wish I could, but there\'s no way it\'s happening now.

I\'m far from being a charity. I\'m just a bit behind on things right now. Comes from being out of work for a month. hehehe Anyone who knows me, know that killed me. I\'m used to working several jobs at once. My schedule doesn\'t allow for that anymore.
Thanks for the thought though! It\'s the holidays, use those quarters to help fund a meal at a soup kitchen or shelter or toy drive. I do appreciate the thought though.

I\'m flying in on that day and don\'t get my rental until the next day, so that\'ll be out of the question. Not only that I have $0 to spend while I\'m there for the 2 weeks. I won\'t be going out much at all unless it\'s to a place with no cover. I\'m spoiled with being on most lists out here and having no covers at all the other venues.
We\'ll see though. Maybe I can ask my parents for money...although, they\'re paying for my flight and my rental, so I really shouldn\'t ask for any money.

I am beyond thrilled that they are getting married. I was there when they started dating, and I know who Jordan is. You mock my bad memory! You shall DIE! Eventually...hehehe.

I\'m coming back on December 16th (flight comes in mid-evening--like 6:30-7:15 ish) and leaving on the 29th at like 8am. I love the cross country flights...I leave about the same time with each flight and I get in at night one way and I\'ll get in at noon the other way. I\'m not getting my Vegas layover this trip, so I\'m going to go to Mohegan Sun one of those days.
I can stream the shows on here and they automatically save in my LimeWire playlist, so BOO FOR YOUR ATTEMPT AT A PRIZE! Sorry, I\'m still sick and a bit anxious. I have a date tonight...with a boy I\'m totally smitten for. Oh yeah, I left my fiance...I should\'ve brought that one up. I did that before I left though, so you may know that.
Oh and Dave said "Eeyore here" which kind of made me know it was the right Dave. hehehe Sheesh you\'re slipping Paul!
Hey, when I\'m there I want a tour of ESPN! My dad works across the street, so I can go up and say hi to him (appease the parental unit) and then visit. Sound like a plan to you?
OK, now to finish cleaning my kitchen for the boy\'s arrival! Aaaaaaaah nervous. I\'m still not girly, but turning into a girl more and more each day. Damn water.

Nikki is getting married to Jordan (keyboardist Jordan) in july although the exact date escapes me. The\'ve been dating ever since they met during the no glove vid at southern.

I\'ll go if someone is willing to give me some gas! Money is a bit tight right now since I\'m going back to CT for 2 weeks and will be losing out on a lot of money and gas prices are not so nice here. I\'m already hiding from the bank because they\'re trying to take my truck from me. And I have no idea how I still have electricity and gas since I haven\'t paid them since August when I moved in. hehehe
But quite possibly I may make it down there to see them play. We\'ll see. I don\'t go to shows as often as I used to. I am, however, going to see a new band at the Derby on the 14th. It\'s my friend\'s band and it\'s a free show and it\'s right before I leave, so it\'ll be a chance to say bye.
Ramble on Reagan...
That\'s a haul from the Eggoland to Santa Moronica. It\'s only like 20 mins for me if I cut through Topanga Canyon and head down PCH (gorgeous drive when the sun is coming up and no one is on the road). My good friend is stationed down in CP and I have no idea how he makes the drive to come visit everyone all the time.
We\'ll see as the time gets closer though, it won\'t be for quite some time it seems anyway.

Woah...didn\'t quite expect a response at all, let alone this kind.
Paul, glad to see you\'re still a fan (as I expected you would be)...and still at ESPN (well, not sure if I should be happy about that one). A steady job in CT can be hard to come by, so that I guess is a good thing. Jobs out here in our business are tricky to come by this time of year, so I\'m taking a couple of months off. I have a steady job to pay the bills and stuff, so I\'m not complaining. I\'ve worked on a bunch of films, but only have copy from one right now. I could go and rent/buy a horror I worked on that went straight to video, but it\'s not worth the money. Plus, it\'s the principle behind it. I can\'t buy something I was paid to work on. Another one is going to Sundance very soon from word on the street. I\'m pretty psyched about that. I won\'t be able to go this year, but my name will be on a giant screen!
About Deblock...I was wondering about that kid recently. I called Southern and talked to RG for a while and asked about various people and told him I\'d email him a list of people I was wondering about. I think he was on that list, but can\'t remember. I saw in his faretheewell post someone replied with the Knitting Factory...where is Deblock? Is he out here or out there? (I\'m not leaving the out there part open...we already know he\'s out there, we all are.) I haven\'t been to a show at the Knitting Factory or the AlterKnit Lounge in a long time. (*Edited to note that I\'m an idiot and they were talking about the NY Knitting Factory...not the one in LA.)

How\'s Nikki? I miss her! I know someone out here who is pretty similar to her in nature and it makes me feel like I never lost her, but at the same time they\'re two different people. Friends are never lost, but sometimes they just get misplaced for a while.

It\'s been a long journey since the last time I saw the Breakfast...back when they were PB and had bumperstickers (of which I have one) that said "No Sleeping Only Drinking!" from the St. Patrick\'s Day NYC Bus Trip. Sadly I wasn\'t on that trip (I wasn\'t 21 yet), but Paul was nice enough to give one to me.
To the band:
Glad to see you guys are still doing what you were all born to do.
I honestly have no idea how I got here, but it was pretty darn hard finding you guys with the name change and all.
Come out to Cali and play some songs for me boys! I always enjoyed going to see you play at Toad\'s (even if I still managed to get lost in New Haven every damn time) and other little bars all over CT and MA.
Good times indeed.
