The advantage of ezt is the homepage list of shows requiring seeders. I know I\'m not the only one who keeps an eye on it for shows I still have on the HD. I\'m sure it\'s a genre thing - the old classic/psychedelic shows have their own following and if you look, we try to look after each other. The pm function has also helped me out quite a few times when trying to finish. I have till now never been refused a reopened window when I have pmed a request. I just wish I had a faster connection and a pc which would let me run more than 2 BTs at a time and get on shows earlier rather than have to wait for a few seeds. (People behind firewalls don\'t help either!!)

I have to disagree. Easytree is just as bad, if not worse than bt.etree. I had the same problem keeping torrents going, people dropped off right after completing. I\'m back to using bt.etree. The bigger problem is that Breakfast just isn\'t that popular yet, and torrents are really geared for having 20+ connected to get good speeds. I seeded 11/4 while spending the weekend with someone who had a cable modem. I don\'t have the capability at home, so I had to disconnect Sunday afternoon hoping others would stay on. I guess the best solution is to have shows uploaded to Archive.

Know what you mean - I\'ve been back numerous times to help out on them - 0 seeders and 4 or 5 stuck leechers seems to be the norm. I\'ve found bt is becoming more like STG did at the end - far too many selfish leechers. easytree leechers seem on the whole to be a far more considerate bunch. Also with ezt you can see exactly who\'s leeching and seeding!! They also have share enforcement ratios if you drop below a certain level on your share ratio.
(So speaks the man with an overall ratio of only 0.81 as there\'s so much stuff I often only get to it towards the end when there are few leechers left!)

dave, I can put these shows on my usb hard drive, if you\'re having trouble connecting to bt

andy - yeah, it\'s FTP only.. don\'t worry about it.. i\'ll just have to get BT installed on lisa\'s computer and get these going..
so... if anyone who grabbed these can get on / stay on the BT\'s to seed, that\'d be good too...

I can have ago at this if someone can walk me through the process - been to archive.org and can\'t see the wood for the trees!!!!! Also I can\'t get any FTP prog to work due to current pc problems - do you need ftp or can you use a browser (using Mozilla at the moment)

I was able to download both shows but my computer\'s keyboard and mouse died last night and it looks like I will have to buy a new motherboard to fix this problem.
I\'m borrowing my wife\'s computer to type this!

REQUEST:
could someone (matt? chris? todd?) who is able to download these shows please upload them to archive.org when you\'re done? i\'d take care of it myself, but my computer is still screwed at the moment, and probably won\'t be back up and going until these BT\'s are dead.
please let me know. thanks.
