the guys in Fuzebox are a bunch of testy, paranoid, speed-taking, abusive motherfuckers...I should know, just ignore them.  They\'re not going away though.  Rumor has it their new album is stupendous and everyone should get a copy at Sidestreet Grille 12/22 perhaps, Exile on Main St. (Branford, & Hamden), Cultler\'s (New Haven) on itunes or directly from your friendly neighborhood Sleeper himself :) $10!

Actually, it`s very easy to get  a song up on itunes if you`ve got a good, legitimate product(which those other east haven guys do).  However, the members of fuzebox have been waiting until we have an album which accurately represents our potential, musically and otherwise. In short, sometimes taking control of your own music takes time. But thanks for that.

Litchfield?? Jesus, that\'s kinda outta your way.  Closer to me, but still outta the way.  Some old friends of mine used to play there every saturday night.  Very small place but they make drinks in pint glasses with about 7/8 alcohol and 1/8 mixer.  Pizza\'s not bad but I\'m sure all you Stavenites will turn your nose up at it.

We didn`t win this sunday, but we played the tightest and most energetic 30 minutes of our lives, made some die hard fans out of the 200 people that were there, and got that room off their asses and bumpin on a sunday night! fuzebox did not win the battle, but we won the war, I couldn`t ask for more.-the beej.

hey paul, thanks for posting, looks like you figued out how to upload to archive.  good job!!  

I just figured out that you have to install divix player first so it can read/play the avi(divix) files.  Once it\'s installed it will play in winamp, windows meda player, etc...

Definatley the best Fuzebox show I have seen to date....
like mikey said, the originals are really coming into their own.  And Flubbox was nowhere to be seen on the stage at toads last night....

I hope these kids stick together and keep growing with their music.  There were some really nice jam moments last night.  I know FB is not a "jamband" but i think there is unique niche that building around their music and I look forward to watching it develop...

This show was taped and videoed with 5 camera angles (i believe).  Definately hoping to get a look at that again....

Umm, there are a few places. I\'d start with either the call or century lounge, try to get a foot in the door over there, they seem to be somewhat affiliated with Toads since all three are listed on the Lupos website, maybe your Toad\'s contact can hook ya up. Theres a new club called GiZa, but I havent been there yet, heard it was alright but also heard it is right smack in the middle of Olneyville (New Haven equivalent of either Eastern Circle or Valley Street area). There\'s also a few smaller places around, I can get you the names if you want them, just drop me an email.

And, yea, Ive got enough floorspace for ya\'all.

But seriously, Fuze Box kicked some ser ass tonight!!! Best I\'ve seen these guys! Very impressive. Great consolation for not being able to be in Oneonta. Just too bad they had to open for Riders On The Coattails of a DEAD GUY!!! Last time I saw Riders they were great. New keyboardist, hopefully for their sake a one night sit-in. Energy was non-existent.

Fuzebox had major crowd love though....cudos!!! Can\'t wait to see the video that Paul and Fitzy taped. Took some awesome pics too.

Fuebox headline?? I dunno yet, just got confirmation on the date and possible openers:  some band that was formerly Hot Soup and possibly Sister Funk (if anyone recalls I jammed w/ one of \'em last Sunday at Playbook).
