What a great game. I have not been able to play much but yesterday I pushed through the Los Santos missions and opened up The Wilderness. Yay, trailer trash!

Move on brother the only school that holds up the storyline is Flying school. NOW THAT IS A FUCKIN" HORROR!!! Driving school opens up a few missions not story driven

yeah driving school is driving me nuts. do you need to complete driving school to progress in the story? if not i might put it off for a little while.

Driving school is a ****. Use 1st person view. I did not work for a week when I 1st got it. Lucky me.

Finally finished the storyline and have only completed 73.12% of the entire game. I have logged only 55 hours of time in completing the story. One of the best storylines in a videogame EVER!!! Awesome ending I\'ll tell you that.

one thing i realized abt how ingenius these guys are is the actual title of the game. A typical hispanic slang word for friend is "esay". Shorten the title as is common for this series and u get GTA:SA. Clever no?

This game is **** HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN all ways. Thanx Wah for your attempted help but those are the same codes as GTA:VC and will corrupt one\'s game just as it did for VC. They were kept the same for a reason and one only. Programmers get lazy ;)
I have yet to open any other "city" and have been playin\' like mad. I am not all that bummed though as there is freakin\' plenty to do in Los Santos. Wow this game is very realistic in it\'s portrayal of L.A. pre OJ riots. Cops are **** everywhere and **** @ every chance. Gang wars, burglary, it\'s just silly.

I agree this is not intended for kids. I would say that it has a rating of "R" at least.
I was quite surprised myself. The don\'t hold any punches in this version of GTA. It makes Vice City seem like it was made by Disney

Just got it.....played only for about 45 minutes, all I can say is that I can\'t believe the language in this game, and that parents are buying this for their children. The game seems really good to me, but I just can\'t get over the language. Personally I like it like that, but i just think that it sends a bad message across to kids playing the game

Well tough to say. I only played about 2-3 hours. The world is HUGE i have hardly gotten around at all.
Graphically:
Very much the same as GTA: VC with some minor improvements. weather and daylight is done very well.
There is soooooo much to do and interact with. there is 2 player mode for certain missions and etc so you can roam the city with a friend and cause all sorts of havoc. Vehicles are cool. CVustomize your look (hair, clothes)

OK It\'s like this I know for a fact that L.A. was decided on VS Las Vegas due to True Crime. Yes True Crime offered a near mirror image of L.A. but believe me when I say Rockstar is out to show who\'s boss( see my list of bugs in prior post). As for Vice City, having been 16 in 1986 (look in Taxi cab garage for calander. it says 1986) the game really brought me back to that era. REALLY! real enough to have the haitians protest the game due to their unfavorable depiction in the game as mere thugs. Either way it is going to rock and we can discuss it then i guess ;)

okay I didnt mean copy like that, but why LA when another company has done it and did a good job doing it? Sorry Leith, the only reason I like TC better is cos in my opinion its just more realistic. You get to be the cop, and the endings differ depending on how you played the game. Plus its almost an exact replica of the city it is in. GTA Vice City doesn\'t really "Miami" it for me, close, but not accurate enough.

i don\'t think Rockstar\'s trying to copy True Crime...it\'s more of a natural progression. GTAIII was supposed to be like ny...Vice City is miami...and now we got la. i kinda wish they went back to the 70\'s with the new one...man what a soundtrack that could have!

Actually True Crime is a total ripoff of GTA. So Rockstar is basically going to show them how to do it right. True Crime has more bugs in it than meat left out in the heat for a week!! Targeting system weak , collision and sorting issues galore , driving engine weak and horrible A.I. ( pathing trite and completely nonsensical). Having Snoop as a hidden character only redeeming quality.
Sorry to go off but having been a tester and knowing a bunch of Rockstar testers and programmers I tend to hate that game

GTA Grand Theft Auto. It is a videogame which pushes the limits of videogames in the areas of morality and violence. You have not heard of this game ? Wow I mean WOW !!! Basically the revolution started w/ GTA III which introduced open - ended non linear gameplay mixed w/ great dark humor. Then GTA Vice City was made in an 80\'s Miami w/ all the requisite horrors of fashion and music( ahh the 80\'s to be a teen again). This one had better graphics and MOTORCYCLES!!!. If u do not have kids or play vids u may not have heard of this game but i am surprised as it was in the news and all that. anyway it took me 3 months to get 100% in Vice City and it was worth every second.

So it\'s been confirmed the next Grand Theft Auto will be San Andreas.
It is called this due to legal issues involved using L.A. name. It will be L.A. though.
How sweet it is gonna be to actually take out L.A. cops w/ no worries haha.
