all three tim and jeff pictures have problems. i right clicked the broken images and chose properties and the urls are incomplete. for all three the locations of the broken images are:
http://www.thebreakfast.net/images/pictures/2001-08-23/082301tim
-
alright, i\'ll change the date on that.
As far as the loading issue, I\'ve tried it on multiple machines, browsers and operating systems. I just checked again, all thumbs loaded and the only full size that appears to be broke is http://www.thebreakfast.net/media.php?picture=2001-08-23/082301tim&jeff3.jpg
Which pics are giving you problems; can you get properties and see?
Also, you can browse the pic dir @ http://www.thebreakfast.net/images/pictures/

The same exact pictures are not working in mozilla firefox or internet explorer for me when i click the thumbnails. maybe you should try a different computer. There must be something wrong if its not working for me in 2 different browsers on different computers
I am comfirming for you. Jordan has his arm in a sling from when he hurt it after the valenines day show. in that same picture i can see my mics taking up half of the shot because i did an on stage matrix that night. i set up my mics in the crowd on 5/8/03. and the last picture of tim was from when they were playing packard goose in the encore, which you can see is on the setlist for 2/15/03.
-
John, hit me up on aim later. I have some code for you. :)
-
I like the fire Tim pic :)

Re: the talent buyers page.
Whenever I update something, there\'s usually quite a few somethings. **** happens and one of the somethings doesn\'t get uploaded, looks like this file was it. I\'ll be sure to take care of it, thanks.
I appreciate all this feedback. We were under alot of pressure to get everything up the day of the Jammys. We only had about a week to proof the entire site+ make changes and troubleshoot, etc. So please post if there\'s anything wrong with any of it
-
Also the Talent buyers and agents link on the press page I believe does not link correctly. Data errors appear instead. Kinda important link I would think.
-
I found a few problems on the web site. there are some broken images when you click the thumbnails for toads 8/23/01, and the photos under 5/8/03 from pearl street are actually from 2/15/03 at pearl street.
-
I like that the pics in the banner change with each page and that there are different feature photos in that section.
Except that one of Tim on the Orange background is a little scary!
:holyshit:

I\'ll let you guys know when I do. As far as I know, there aren\'t any pics of the shirts (and if they are, they haven\'t made their way to me at all). Kroop has been very good with getting me as much info as he can, so if I don\'t have them I doubt he has them.
-
yeah, seriously. the new site is awesome. the band totally needed something more professional. although i loved the old site, the new site definitely tells curious soon-to-be fans that the breakfast is a band that has their act together and is worth listening to.

I agree. What I\'m going to do is keep looking for a good web based jukebox script that will find mp3s or wmas or whatever and play them, and is customizeable enough to fit our needs. All we have going now is a simple Windows Media applet, which could be randomized and things like that, but it\'s a lot of work for something that could be done an easier way. I\'m still searching around.
I\'ve added the update box thingy under the banners, and re-checked the tour pages and made the abnner for the gigs this month.
-
Just wondering when Breakfast radio goes into full effect? Would love to hear some fresh Breakfast when traversing the website. Bona Fide is good but......
-
I don\'t see why not, I\'ll look into doing that.
Also, the issue with the mailing list form has been fixed, there\'s a little disclaimer on there now for people who use the Google Toolbar and were getting weird colors on the form fill out.
-
I dig the new background as well!
-
Suggestion: perhaps a little box somewhere on the home page that says "Last Updated ##/##/##"... so we know when there\'s new stuff on the site. What do you think?
-
Yeah, I\'m working on stuff like that. Those are the 2 big concerns right now.

There was one page that was screwy and I changed it, can\'t remember if that was it or not, but it all works now.

Good Call, I\'m going to make one and put it on the front page.

Love the new site! Looks professional and stylish. 1 thing: Let\'s get a link to pbfans.com in the links section! A huge one across the top! Get people involved in the community.

Love the new site!
It is still missing a link to this site. Threw me for a loop when all of my bookmarks got deleted.
-
Just wanted to let you know that the new site is SIIIIIICK!!1 I like the from the road section, now we can get a little feedback on how the boys are feelin. GREAT JOB, things are really taking off.
-
As sweet as sounds, I dont think that would happen.
But as far as posting tabs, let me know cuz I\'ll definately do it.

I know that i\'ll have to check with any and everything. I know it\'s typical for bands to not want tabs because it would take away from sheet music sales if the band ever goes the Hal Leonard route. It\'s usually more of a fan site thing, but who knows.
As far as other bands, alot of people are good at picking things up by ear, it\'s really more for the fans/amateur musicians.
-
Nice site, John - looks good.
Tab would be nice of Tim allows it. Now, with the jammy win, they will no doubt get more attention, and other new groups might want to do their songs - it\'d be good publicity for them, let alone flattery.
-

That would definately be cool. There isn\'t a lyrics part up there either, I\'ll throw the idea into the hat. The next 3 things i\'ll look to add are:
Wallpapers (done by me or whoever wants to)
Lyrics
Tab
More personal Band Member Bios
Those of course are just the ideas, nothing\'s official till I put it onlin. But by all means, the more ideas the better.
-
Hey whats up, I\'ve tabbed out a few PB songs and Im going to tab out tons more. I know alot of bands that have links to guitar tab on thier website(Such as the Disco Biscuits) I am wondering if it would be a good Idea to post them on the new website?
-
Mr. Cruz comes through in the clutch.
-
I need to change that to add more dates anyways, thanks for the heads up.
-
Nice looking site!
FYI, the tourdates flashing on the right side of the page are showing the wrong month.
-
you gotta put a link to this site off of the links page!! other than that, the page looks sweet. great job!
-
Yeah thanks buddy, the new site was a definite necessity! Looks great...
-
thanks Cruz!
-
good job man.very well done!!itll be a pleasure to hang around there now!
-
yeah, I tried to add as much as I could into that navigation bar, but the addition of the promo stuff and some other things made space more and more limited. The heirchy structure is MUCH different than it was before. But pretty much all the content from the old site is here, it just may be in a different place than what you\'re all used to.
-
good call Chris, although the navigation bar is all but full up top. a necessity nonetheless
-
they\'re there, there\'s a big link on the from the road page (http://www.thebreakfast.net/content.php?fromtheroad=roadindex)
-
where are all the setlists? those need to be put up on the site.
-
 :yay:
helluva job there! very nice indeed
-
NIIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!!
-
looks good :)

The old Psychecelic Breakfast site is no more! as of March 16, 2004, we gots a new site all up and running. The new URL is http://www.thebreakfast.net (http://www.thebreakfast.net). The old site will re-direct you to the new.
Some new features:
--New Design. Blue colour scheme with green as the accent color. Based on the poster with the 3 tittied chick.
--PHP functionality. Meaning that there\'s now automated scripts for parts of the site as well as some other cool display stuff. It also means that all pages will look pretty much the same.
--Header and background images are randomized. There\'s roughly 5 different backgrounds and 5 different headers.
--An easier way to view the news.
--A journal for the band\'s words from the road.
--TB radio. Streaming media from live Breakfast shows. Right now it\'s the Bona Fide sampler that\'s playing, but we\'ll be adding more stuff and functions to it soon.
--Better navigation and usibility.
Feel free to post all comments and stuff here.
Since I know alot of you are saying "who the hell are you" right about now, I\'m John, designing the site and will more than likely by popping in now and then to make changes. The new site is purely my work, so please let me know what you think.
