hey! i know all the kids in Sipowitz!! from my hometown... the keyboard player is a pretty good friend of mine...
they\'re definitely a really talented bunch, they all have been playing together for a long time... last rumor i heard was that they broke up, not sure if thats true or not, but if they\'re back, good for them!

I did forget to mention these kids in my initial email about the Porters show. I got to see Project Sipowitz back a year or so ago at Cafe 9. These kids are great muscians and the addition of the other guitar player was a great call.... I am not sure if the drummer was part of the original PS, but I thought they all played amazingly together.....
Fantastic Cissy Strut to open their 1st set on Friday......
Some of their tunes sounded very PB\'ish, but hey, isn\'t that what it\'s all about....fusion.....taking the best from the best and making it your own?????
Either way, it was great to see these kids throwin down, and I hope that they keep on making music and gettin gigs.....
Good Luck Sipowitz Kidz, or whatever you are calling yourselves...
