well the pre sale tickets have nothing to do with pay pal. But if you or anyone else wants to make a donation without useing pay pal. Just send me a PM asking for my address and you can just send me a check or money order.

not sure, I know mine is and I\'ve never had to claim money that was "gifted" to me. I do know they look at the reason for the gift so that\'s why I figured it have to deal with that if you put donation into the subject or something like that
It will do that with buyer/seller of goods too. Not just gifts. I use paypal to sell my photography through etsy and other sites. Same will happen if i forget to accept money, I get a little message.

I have a question...Last year the festi was one day and probably ~250 people, and from what I recall, we were very close to parking capacity in that space. Is this year\'s going to be at the same spot? Because with a lot more publicity, better lineup, and an additional day, there is no way we will be able to fit all the cars in that space. Any thoughts/ideas/info?

this is the biggest hurdle imo (well that and talking to the townspeople). it\'s gonna take a Shitton of work to make more room for camping and parking, and the road def needs improving. not trying to be a negative nancy here just something that needs to be thought about. I believe in you Bonsall! Breakfest Music Fastival is going to pwn faces so hard!

I just did it and it works. It connects and says Andrew Bonsall. When I went to Paypal to send a personal gift, it asked for the actual email address of the person. Then it does this little search thing, and the person\'s name comes up.

Tuna it might be a good idea to hold off doing the facebook thing until I get the website updated. Because if u went to it right now it would just have last years info on it.

Do you still need a real web site? I don\'t have time to make you anything with a million pages in my free time right now, but I could throw together a few pages, links to the paypal, and photos/bios about the band with my own professional graphic design and ****.

I think there needs to be more "festival-like" things, if you know what im talking about... trippy creations, maybe some other art-based activities when bands arn\'t playing (or even when some are), confusing signs, just somethings to spice it up and give it a festi-feel

I would not have it on the 4th of july weekend anyways its dumb you would lose a lot of people because ya know people like to do there cook outs and fire works and what have you. I\'m trying to do what I did last year find that one weekend where there is nothing going on so people have nothing else to do but come to breakfest.

there is a couple day lag time between the money hitting your paypal account and then getting routed to your actual bank account, but yeah, its incredibly easy, if you tell folks to send money as a personal gift there will be no fees taken out, and you have an automatic record of who\'s donated...

Upstate would be a close second but NH is the way to go. That is where it was held the first time, and hampsh loves the Breakfast! Seems like there is a solid fanbase there. We should build on that. Continue to make it better and watch it grow. I would love to donate. Keep laying out more info brother!

I\'m with Zuke on this. I am absolutely open to making a donation and helping out, but more details would be nice. I am sure I\'m not the only one here who is very appreciative of the work you\'ve put in. I would like to support your efforts. I think if you can throw together some kind of "business plan" for the festival it would make it a lot easier to get behind. Location, music budget, vendor info, artist lineup (or at least who you\'d like to invite), etc...

so i guess many of you guys and gals are starting to wonder whats up with breakfest 2011. I want to make this year wicked epic. I mean does the breakfast **** around with there music no they don\'t. This is a top notch band so why have there festival be anything but top notch. lets do this right bfam make it a weekend , some cool twists,AND MORE. Every time The Breakfast play they play better then the last time they played and blow the **** out of people minds so let do the same with Breakfest it will be a double mind blowing experience. So i\'m asking for your help bfam would you lend or donate money for breakfest.
