Metropolis from 07-31-2009 @ The Field; Bridgeport, CT... the 5ish minute intro alone is one of my favorite go to jams...

Speaking of the Middle East, heres one I\'ve been bumping as of late. Doesn\'t get the best reviews, but I think it has some nice stuff going on in places, especially this See the Light:

Badass Spunk taboot!

If you\'re counting the jams that lead into the song the Jam > Mooboo\'s from 2001-12-07 and Jam > Tribal from 2008-06-13 are as good as they come.

Might as well just say all of 12-07, could be a perfect show. Maybe my all-timer.

Check it out or revisit or something for God sakes:

IMO though the best jams in the breakfast\'s history was in the period when Matty O and Dangle doo were both in the band (2008)

boooo no way. disagree.

Dude, I move outta Burlington and you move in... waht the funk!?!!  Am I doomed to forever ride to shows solo?

Ahh sorry man. Where did you move to?

There was a good Gravity from August of that year.  Daniel Street.  Awesome show in its entirety.

If this is the show Im thinking of, this was my favorite Glady\'s Ive ever heard live.  It was insanity.  Actually I might be thinking of the HLH, let me take a listen.  I remember both being awesome.  This show was the return of over exposure after chris joined the band.  The energy was electric all night.

It could be your favorite of all time, your favorite today, whatever.

Fairy has gone through many phases or molts or instars that one could have favorite versions of different arrangements. I have to check the date, but I listened to a Fire & Water show \'01 today with a tasty jam into the slower form of Fairy, eggsellent!

I liked the WNU jam but not the song itself. Thankful for his time in the band but not a big fan of those tunes:shrug:

way too many shows to even attempt "best ever" call-outs anymore. I think they\'re definitely at the top of their game as a band tho. Each show usually better than the last :)

good thread. theres so much that goes into what makes a song a fave. for example there have been some killer buquebuses over the years but i gota say the fave would be the first time throwin a cassette tape in the ol Buick and hearin the one from 00 that i used to know the jam note for note from playin so much, yet the song has evolved and gotten better/tighter over the years and theres been some better versions. i gota mull over this one

how about Tribal Funk Affliction?

Just rocking out after a long day of work and this song is always so so good. The funkness jam gets dirty and nasty!! Love it!

how about Vermont Song? That Beardslee \'01 show contains a tasty one with a long jam added on that goes to some wild places before attracting a Shade Ditty.

Please share some favorites of anything yur listening to if y\'all are so inclined. Any song; lets show some love to any and all of the repetoire. If not, I\'ll probably post stuff to no one in particular.

Best Sundance? Fairy? A New Beginning? the Message:duck: (still think you jam, MattyO)
