...i dunno man, those first six minutes were some of the best times i\'ve ever had, way to not document it. but seriously, great job on the recording, i was starting to think that with all great shows of the of the past that weren\'t recorded, this would be another one. great job man, sounds great too.

Ok, here is the entire show minus the first 6 minutes or so I **** up.
Why don\'t the boys get more gigs opening for bigger acts like the Black crows or Gov\'t Mule etc to get more exposure. I was a little disappointed when they opened for TLG at Ridgefield and then did an acoustic set. They should have rocked the joint. I would love to see them at the Beacon or Nokia with a good crowd.

WTF, I forget to put in the link to the show.

Thought all you had to do was give the Iron Horse a heads up like a week or so in advance to let them know you want to tape and it wasn\'t a problem?  Instead of goin stealth, try that route first, might make your night a little more enjoyable...

Stealthin\' it ain\'t no thang. IHEG can bite me as much as I appreciate all the great bands that come to town. Maybe I will go over and ask them though, could get a matrix that way. Either way ****\'s gettin taped.

There\'s some serious ego issues with taping at Iron Horse.
They\'re on a bit of a power, control trip there.
It\'s not a problem taping at 99.9999999% of the venues.
Iron Horse is a bit moody about tapers even if the band says O.K. to it.
I don\'t bother them about it anymore.

If a few people are willing to take turns watching my recorder it makes no difference to me. We all know Iron Horse staff are made to wear butt plugs as part of their uniform. But it\'s gonna be a packed house and a helluva show so don\'t fret the deets. It\'s gettin taped even if I gotta sit up on the balcony the whole time to do it.

Good luck!  I think just about any recording of this show would sound good, considering how good it was.  Sounds fine to me, thanks! :yay:

I have some of the show uploaded on Megaupload at http://www.megaupload.com/?f=P50XIZZL. The rest won\'t upload. I can\'t figure out why. The first set my mikes were set up on the side of the room and the sound is OK but the second set I was right upfront and it sounds good. I\'ll keep trying to get the rest posted.

Hopefully the Draught Horse is more taper friendly than the Iron Horse!

Mayfly was pretty out of control, the whole second set was a rager, it went so quick.  its been awhile since ive seen a sleeping beauty or gravity so that was sweet.  been awhile since ive been to sully\'s, brought back memories.  Mclovins tore it up.  drive back to vermont after show worst part of weekend.

there\'s no way this mayfly could have topped strange creek.  i havent even heard it yet but thats nearly impossible

My thought exactly. This ****\'s gotta be heard and compared. Girl came over tonight sayin she heard of PB and liked em and I put on Strange Creek Mayfly and she was in another world.

I wish I had a multivitamin or something I\'m still waiting to use the Zoom H4N. Definitely stealth an Iron Horse recording ;)

Well, it sounds like Ken got it all video taped, so maybe the audio could be extracted and posted separately? I don\'t know how such things work but it has been done so who knows.

Nothing is impossible when it comes to Breakfast jams.
