it was streamed live on ustream, so it has to be out there somewhere. as far as the recording, i assume vallo or fitz has the power to do so. also, it was a great show, and we\'re due for another fam jam.
-
there is somewhere. There is also you tube footAGE Im pretty sure.
-
Is there any tape of this? I know its a long shot but just looking at setlists and saw this, which jogged my memory. Maybe this is sitting on a hard drive somewhere?
-
:wah:
-
not ringing any bells.
-
Pretty positive I would have remembered something of this magnitude.
-
nope. didn\'t happen. pretty sure
-
We were there dude, it was one of my all-time fave shows. The whole experience pretty much takes the cake.
-
This show never happened. I\'m sure I would of remembered.
-
Tapage?
Still waiting for a response on that question. Haven\'t seem much from the crew lately.
-
Tapage?
-
Haven\'t had a license for a year and a half. Plus I typically work 6:30 to 7 M-F, so weeknights are impossible even if I had transportation.
-
Oh man I miss seeing this band.
The band was in your neck of the woods just a month ago at Gavin\'s Party in NH. You = Nowhere to have been seen.
WE miss seeing you seeing this band........
Hope all is well...

Yay, glad I could help out! It was my pleasure really...Your property is special and something to take care of.
-
Man... We had such a good time. I wish we didn\'t have to watch the ustreem to see what we missed but it definitely inspired me to get a dedicated "grill master" next year. hmmm. That gives me an idea... if u been around long enough u can probably guess.
Neighbors and cops were SUPER COOL! The Music was sublime from all!!!! and I must say that you are the cleanest fans/friends ever. U made cleaning up a breeze and made it a pleasure to hold the event. (Lindsey.. BIG THANKS to YOU. I saw u picking up at like 3am while we were "otherwise indisposed" wawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawawaw
Anyways.. Thanks to all the musicians!!!! Stevie and Bill, Fred and Slappy, Spacey, Dobz the AV squad My sisters in law and their friends at the bar and the shots and again to EVERYONE for pitching in!
PICTURES!!!!!!!!! Please post your pics to the event site on facebook or here or email me psychjosh@yahoo.com

-
The jam> before spunk was a ser pygme fake out.

-
Had about as much fun as anyone could possibly have. Big thanks to Jess & Josh for hosting (you guys worked way too hard!), the geek squad extraordinare (Chris, Matt, Ken), soundboy Dobz (one of the best sounding shows ever!), Blackbirds, Weird Beards (confirmed-they are weird!), and especially to The Breakfast for which I am completely speechless!
-
thanks so much josh, jess, the bands and everyone else involved in making this happen. i had a great time and look forward to next year!
Agreed.
Great way to end the summer.
Hopefully, your neighbors and new fans allow you to use the haying field. Things could get ser.
Great afternoon of music. From the Blackbirds, to the Weird Beards and The Breakfast. Weird Beards are a lot of fun and definitely a good party band.
Great set of music by The Breakfast. Can\'t believe I am saying this but, Rufus made the day even if it is a poor mans Buquebus. I was broke at the time, so maybe that is it, yeah, thats it!
-
thanks so much josh, jess, the bands and everyone else involved in making this happen. i had a great time and look forward to next year!
-
As it turns out, Roggae and Once in a Lifetime were both in Scarlet.
-
i guess we\'ll have to wait for the recording to know the truth...i\'ll put my money on roggae:)
-
Def during scarlet. While I was on the grill in the cool section where they refused to even acknowlegde the song. I heard it and thought, roggae huh? Right when I thought this one of josh\'s friends goes, oh nice bird song tease! Ha.
-
I told you no Birdsong tease.
I think Once In A Lifetime was in Rufus.
Thanks for hosting said debate.
-
oh,the great roggae/birdsong porch debate of 09...
-
did anyone else hear a roggae tease somewhere in the 2nd set?
yes! Somewhere between Scarlet Begonias and Psygn. I thought it could have been a Roggae tease or Bird Song tease.
-
did anyone else hear a roggae tease somewhere in the 2nd set?
-
oh yea, i forgot to tell her to play along.
I think there was an FDR quote that wasnt mentioned in the setlist during Cult of Personality
-
weird conversation with mrs. aruny.
me-"mrs.aruny,im sorry about u seeing me ass and whatnot".
mrs.aruny-"what are you talking about?"
-

BUTTSCRATCHER!!!!
-

-

-
i wanna know who wanted me to pull my pants up and put on a shirt..
-
thanks again bfast taper crew you guys fuckin rock!
-
I heard the Once in a Lifetime tease. It was early (first set or first half of second set).
I was home listening to the encore and heard what sounded like Pygme, but it clearly didn\'t have the signature bass line of that song.
The video is still up on ustream.tv (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/familyjam5) for review.
-
Peaches I hear ya on the Pygmy jam. I was watching the UStream and when they started that Jam I definitely thought it was gonna go into Pygmy. Other than a few times it cut out, the ustream was very well run and had great sound taboot.... so thanks for doing it!
-
Just confirmed that there was no Pygmy Twylyte tease. There was also a Once in a Lifetime tease, but I don\'t know in what song. So if anyone does...
-
weird. i know i heard a pygmyish jam... to the point where myself and aruny thought it was a given that it was coming... maybe that was when i blacked out.
-
Definitely not. And actually, I did not hear a tease and only included it because I trusted others heard it. But seeing as how that "tease" is being confused as the song Pygmy Twylyte, I have to take it out until I get confirmation from Tim, or someone else.
-
unless im goin nutzo... i think spunk was actually pygmy twilite
