the dolphin is in the pool wolf, the dolphin is in the pool.

Ha!  The dolphin is in the jacuzzi, not the pool.  Doozie in the jacuzzi.  Al, it was Summer 2002 not spring but close enough...I\'m glad someone here knew what that was!  I\'m sure a lot of people did.

i think wolfman needs to trademark this into a board game before parker brothers takes off with this......

I\'m learning a lot!  I had no idea some of these groups did these epic tours.  Some of these tours put anything Phish has ever done to shame, and Phish is built completely around live performing.

Close but no cigar... I saw the 7/29/92 show and I\'ll say that this band did a handfull of shows with Metallica on this tour...

91 is too early for any of the 90\'s era bands to have enough of a following and draw in those size venues... I would guess an 80\'s era act. Plus not many bands can support south america, I\'d say madonna but it\'s too many dates... maybe the rolling stones?

and yes, that incredible run is the beatles between 63 and early 65! I knew liverpool would give it away, but man, they really worked those boys. playing almost every night for weeks on end. No wonder they swore off touring a year later.

Bite me...

My co-counselor from camp saw MJ on July 12, 1997.

My father was Joy Division fan and planned to check out the Jun 10, 1980 show in Hoboken since we live in Jersey.

I went to the SP show on 9/16/96 in NJ.  Pretty sweet XYU w/ Smoke on the Water.

To play that many shows you have to be on a lot of crystal meth.

My vote goes to Motorhead.

that\'s the name of the tour...i couldn\'t think of it last night.  I wanted to say black and white, but i knew that was the earlier 90s...i knew it was whatever the greatest hits tour was called.

All good guesses so far.  MJ and the Stones are always candidates, Oasis had just released Whats The Story Morning Glory in 95 so that\'s a good outside shot.  Check the details carefully though...no way Radiohead was drawing 4.5 million people pre-OK Computer.

Bonus points to anyone who gets the artist AND the particular tour name.

Here\'s another one (totally different tour):

At $555 Million grossed, it is the top grossing tour of all time...

The Rolling Stones\' A Bigger Bang Tour...$558,255,524 earned

I know the answer to the first one but I had to search to find it so I won\'t say what it is

It\'s A Tough One!
Serious Tour! Hardly Any U.S. Shows.
Huge Draw At All Shows.
I\'ll Make A Top  Choice Guess:

U2   (The Tour With All The TV\'s. ZOO TV Tour Or Something.I\'m Not Going To Cheat And Look It Up!)

     Teeny Bopper Timmy Tour
