You wonder why i jump on your ****? Maybe its because this was a dead thread for the last 2 months and you were the one to start rehashing old ****. How come its impossible for you to accept the reality the bands situation?  Its your crybaby bullshit that gets other people thinking in the negative instead of just accepting and enjoying what the band has to offer at the moment.

they haven\'t come to my neck of the woods (RI) in well over a year, but I can handle driving an hour to Boston or Southbridge when I can.  If I can\'t handle the trip, which I missed the last southbridge show cuz of lack of money, I don\'t **** about it cuz they did not play w/in 20 minutes of my house.  thats just lame.

basically if all you do is come here and find something to **** about then sweet life you got there.  go find something better to waste your day w/ than being a total buzzkill day after day.

i know colin has put in more work towards the breakfast going to new jersey than anyone here, but you don\'t see his crying about it.  now, he actually tries to connect them w/ the proper venues so they\'ll get there in the future, not just sit on his faggy soapbox and whine.

and that is the TRIPLE TRUTH RUTH!!!

so you\'d rather **** and moan than actually do anything productive, yet still want the band to go out of their way to accomodate you. duly noted.

It\'s not so much of an air of entitlement as it is the fact that by this time in almost every year of PB/TB existance,

hi, its 2009 now. feel free to join us here.

Yeah, just because it is, doesn\'t mean that you have to sit and take it...

oh, so, they HAVE been in your neck of the woods, YOU just made the decision not to go. you may have had perfectly valid reasons, but the end result is that YOU chose not to go. they came to your neck of the woods; YOU didn\'t go. sounds like you\'re pissed that YOU chose not to go, but WE get to hear you endlessly **** about that fact.

others may say, i wish they\'d play near me. but not so often they had to have a thread dedicated to their bitching. that\'s the difference, which you won\'t get, others mention that they would like the band to play near them while you **** about it. if we hadn\'t paid them to play our wedding, it would have been two years since they were last in my neck of the woods. so, if you want them to play a gig you can make, PAY THEM to. otherwise, take what you get and be thrilled there\'s a band out there that makes you so passionate. or keep bitching about what it was like seeing them in 1999 all the time while the rest of us stick around here, now, in 2009.

yeahyeahyeah, its general discussion, and even though you aren\'t actually discussing anything, you\'re gonna post anyway. so, here\'s a novel **** idea, why don\'t you start discussing what you can do to get them a paying gig at a place and time you can see them, instead of just bitching that they never play shows in your neck of the woods, except, of course, for those shows in your neck of the woods you chose not to go to....  you know, instead of, \'the breakfast needs to play northern nj\', try \'i went and talked to a guy at X bar in X town who will pay X amount for a gig on X day starting at X time that i can finally make.\'

but yeah, i guess it is just easier to **** and moan than to actually do anything proactive about the situation...

Personally, I don\'t consider NYC my neck of the woods.  My point was that it was the closest they\'ve come to the area this year...  I chose not to go to the NYC gigs because logistically it wouldn\'t work for me.  I don\'t drive to the city "for anything" and I\'m not waiting till 5:00 for the trains to start up again to get home...

It\'s not my job as a fan to get them a paying gig, that\'s MJG productions job...  As I said in the previous post, if you are so adamant about shutting me up, petition to the Mods, otherwise use the ignore button and all the bitching and moaning I do will be blacked out and you won\'t have to read it...

Last time i checked as of Jan 1st i became a fan again. Andyou know what i did? I dropped hundreds if dollars and countless hours driving alone for the most part to as many shows as i could before i moved out west.

Not everyone can afford to drop hundreds of bucks as well as the time away from family to go to concerts....

In a perfect world they could play in everyones town, but thats not the case. The air if entitlment by some "fans" on this board blows my mind. If you feel so strongly about their music, or anythingin life you cant wait for it to come to you. You have to put a little effort in and go for it.

It\'s not so much of an air of entitlement as it is the fact that by this time in almost every year of PB/TB existance, there were 3 times as many shows in 3 times as many states, thus giving "the fan" an opportunity to see them...  Driving hundred of miles at the drop of a hat to see a show isn\'t realistic for most working folk...

Im not calling tim and breaking his balls about coming out here to make me happy but in turn cost them a bunch of money.

When was the last time I called anyone to break their balls about where they played.  There are a number of people that say it would be great if the band played in their backyard, but it\'s only when I post something that you pop in to comment and rip on me...

Quote from: ellis-d;236859
Im sure as hell not gonna gripe about it on this board. Instead, when the time comes im gonna pony up the cash and time and get on a plane and see my favorie band. Until then, i will patiently wait for my chance. I suggest you do the same.

Good for you.  This is a public forum where people are free to speak whatever the hell they want.  And unless the Moderators have a problem with me suggesting places to play or complaining about where they play in a thread named for that, I\'m going to continue...

If you think that you\'re going to shut me up by blasting me in posts, not going to happen...  Petition to the Mods if that\'s what you\'re after...

I love how this has been categorized as the Yoda Fantasy Run...  The name of this thread is "The ONE and ONLY thread to ****, ****, and moan about where the band is playing ", that means if I want to **** about Tim, Jordan, Adrian or Chris humming HLH while they\'re taking a ****, I can....  Do I claim to know the business side of The Breakfast, no... Do I know what Adrian has posted, yes. That is the extent of "the fans" understanding of the so-called plan...

A couple people said something earlier in the thread that say it the best:

"end of the day, **** if it makes you feel better, but if you want there to continue to be shows at all do what you can to support them. " - Paul Ryan

"This thread was created for that purpose...**** away" - Josh Kroup

I know that you\'ve invested years of your personal time and efforts into this band and look at things through a different perspective... Some of us have invested years as fans.  Some more than others...  So as you ask us to look at it from the band\'s perspective, why don\'t you try and look at it from the fan\'s perspective...  Without the fan, there is no breakfast, there\'s just 4 guys playing fantastic music...  It\'s a symbiotic relationship, you deal with that...

There is a plan invloved here that your just going to have to bear with for a while. If it works, im sure youll all be pleased eventually, if not oh well. Fans from areas that shouldn\'t be bitching about shows in their backyard:

- CT (20% of shows played this year were in CT / 5 more shows are already scheduled)
- Midwest (16% of shows played this year were in IL, MN and SD)
- Mass (24% of shows played this year were in Mass / 2 more shows are already scheduled)
- Upstate NY (20% of shows played this year were in Upstate NY / 3 more shows are already scheduled)
- NYC (8% of shows played this year were in NYC / the FF is booked for NYC this year)
- PA (12% of shows played this year were in PA / for christ\'s sake, it\'s PA people)

Fans from areas that have a legit claim to **** about no love:

- Maine (0 shows)
- Vermont (0 shows)
- New Hampshire (0 shows)
- Rhode Island (0 shows)
- New Jersey (0 shows)
- California (0 shows)

These are the states that (along with those that have gotten shows) historically are on the tour route...

Boston.

Are you kidding me?  If you include the Allston shows because they\'re in the boston area, you\'ve gotten 3 shows already this year.  That\'s pretty damn high on this year\'s list...

Is MJG still booking shows?  Besides the family jam show, the only one on their schedule is 8/7 (Mill St. Brews); they don\'t have the 8/1 show...  I guess my real question is, are these 3 shows in august really the only shows booked for the month?  At this point, I really don\'t care where they play (I\'m on baby), but unless the band really is slowing down only a couple shows here and there, they\'re missing out on a prime month to hit some different spots...  Agree/Disagree...

Just wanted to say to whoever is posting dates for the side projects(Dave), I went to see TGTB a few months ago at the Corner Pocket based on a Jambase posting (1 hr drive, brought friends) to have there be no GTBs.  Good thing I called the venue tomight because they are again listed on Jambase and they are again not playing at the corner pocket on 5/15, but lo 6/15 according to the mgmt.  Hope you are well Dave.  Matt Gilhuly signing off.

There\'s a campground in eastern Ct. with group / party sites.  One is at the top of a hill in the woods away from everyone, the other is a huge field also away from everyone, probably an acre or more in size.  I\'d say go for the huge field!  You are allowed to drink on site.  I think it was $75.00 a night for the site up to 25 people then $2 - $3.00 a person after that.  They would probably only want to do an acoustic set so as not to **** everyone off, but last time I was there I asked the guy at the desk a few questions.  First I asked how many cars were allowed, he said "as many as will fit in the field."  I asked if there was electricity out at the field, he said "no but you could bring a quiet generator."  I\'m just saying, it\'s tucked in a corner of the Shetucket river which is a short hike from either campsite and it\'s a nice campground.  We went with about 25 people so it cost us $3.00 each for the night... $3.00!  Maybe we should throw a fund raising weekend... $25.00 or $30.00 a person, if the fam went they\'d make some $$ to help \'em out, campout & have a good damn time but don\'t get cRaZy, have TB put on a couple acoustic sets, bring an instrument if you have one for jammin\' before and after, have a killer fire in the fire ring in the middle of the field, dance around like wild injuns, and clean up after ourselves in the a.m., they might even let us back as a group!  That\'s my two cents... sounds perfect to me.  It\'s Salt Rock State Park in Baltic Ct., just north of the Casinos.  I think we\'re all mature enough now to not trash the place so we may get the chance to make it a yearly thing or even more often.

(https://thebreakfast.info/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ct.gov%2Fdep%2Flib%2Fdep%2Fstateparks%2Fmaps%2Fsaltrock.pdf&hash=0ce1f39149a688f6872488b3e4f6696226d7aebd)

The field campsite is in the lower left corner, the hilltop wooded site is in the upper right hand corner on the map.  If you do go, even on your own, be good, it\'s one of only two or three State parks that allow drinking in Ct... don\'t ruin it for everyone... seriously!!

Guys.. Just keep going to shows. If absence makes the heart grow fonder then I guess we\'ll really have a chance to prove the theory.

If the band "goes away" we\'ll have the archive to relive... if they play infrequently... maybe more people will hit up the shows.. if they start four new bands.. we\'ll be going anyway..

It will be interesting to see what the numbers look like through the summer.

I sup[pose if they are lucky enough to get a big break this year we can all come back and laugh at this thread.

and yes Leith.. you\'re such a **** visionary you told us all... we all should have listened to you.

Well sometimes it takes a bit of distance to see the forest from the trees.

If we had been given the information Adrian so kindly bestowed upon us in this thread months ago perhaps in the thread I started instead of saying they were just taking it slow for a couple months, maybe there would have been much less drama here on .info over their situation.

I know I feel better knowing that they are actively addressing their situation (getting rid of the trailer etc.) and that the decrease in Breakfast shows is not a sign of the band folding rather a drastic measure they have undertaken to get the ship righted.

I hope that this plan works and they are able to regroup this year and come back next stronger than ever.

Side projects are their dayjobs. Get over it

So then if they\'re back to being weekend warriors, 19 of those solo shows (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) should have been TB shows...  I\'m done complaining about where and when TB plays, but if they\'re going to stay as a band and try and gain fans, they need to at least play the weekends as TB...

if they were being weekend warriors, that is what they would be doing. but instead, here are the facts:

- they\'re playing ~3 shows per month.
- they\'re playing about a third of their catalog.
- they haven\'t written a new song in over a year (not counting matt\'s IAQ, which is obviously gone).

can it be any more obvious that maybe the breakfast has become the side project and is no longer a priority?

It was to me months ago but noooo everyone had to give me **** for bringing it up.

The response was they\'re taking a break which we now know was bullshit but everyone loves the **** Kool-Aid around here and just drank it up.

All y\'all who\'ve been ragin guest list like forever now -- pony up the damn $10 for a ticket already! ...show your appreciation for all the great times you\'ve had and musical inspiration... let\'s get these guys outta debt!

Cheers to that!  I\'ve been going to shows since the beginning.  I\'ve always made it a point to pony-up whenever possible, in fact i was happy to pay if it helped them bring the music to the masses... only when I was dead broke did I even consider asking to be on the guest list.  I remember many show when it seemed like 50% of the people attending were on the guest list.  I\'m just saying, be thankful for the shows you\'ve been on the guestlist in the past, but now it may be time to cough up the ticket price to try to help them out, don\'t make them feel bad for saying they can\'t do it, just don\'t ask.  Seriously, the shows aren\'t that expensive.  Hope they can keep playing their music but I\'m beginning to think it may end soon.  They can\'t keep borrowing money to keep playing so they can lose more money, you don\'t have to be an economist to figure that out!

Thanks for the info. You guys obviously have to do exactly what is needed to maintain your livelihood.  I was just thinking the other day (with lots of recent \'breakup\' talks) if there was any reason TB has to go all or none? Seems like that\'s what everyone **** about if they\'re bitching. "Not enough shows!" "What the ****, so many more side project dates!" "How about some west coast love?" This shouldn\'t be handled as a black and white situation. I, for one, appreciate your effort in pushing through hard times and saying "the breakfast will always play together from time to time"... I think that is more than enough to ask for.

When I get the chance to see TB in the future, I will savor it. If shows become incredibly infrequent, even more so than now, I\'ll savor each one I catch even more. If you guys catch a break and things take off, I\'ll buy new dancing shoes. Long live TB.

We always try to donate something, even if it\'s not money.
If donating to the gas fund would do it, I would help.

I think it\'s safe to say that many or most of TB fans are also seriously in debt. My education is the reason for this. Irony.

However, I will cherish the moments spent with the band, because it must be a sad thing to have to ease up on their musical dream. Time to time is better than no time.

As far as assets...What gives the guys the most profit? Merch/Cd\'s/t-shirts, show tickets, I-Tune payouts, etc. (aside from straight up dropping cash) I mean potentially, not actual.

I think it\'s pretty clear that we need to get our butts out to shows and drag people along with us this summer.

Perhaps that will pay dividends in extending the "while we can" time. Maybe even well into the future if we get serious.

I don\'t see that statement as a nail in the coffin.... more like a do or let die wake up call. Hope to see y\'all at Red Square and Toad\'s and Strangecreek.

Do you just say this stuff to make it seem like you have some inside knowledge regarding the eventual demise of the band....?

I know you like to speak in vague mysterious statements but keep in mind The Breakfast remains a lot of people\'s favorite band, and they have a decent summer tour coming up.

My feeling is that they won\'t cancel the tour, but if what Spacey is hinting at is true, I can see a slow fade in our future...

Not bitching about the where\'s and the when\'s, just pointing out the actual numbers:

TB shows Jan-May \'09 - 16
Solo shows Jan - 16 (total solo shows scheduled through end of May - 66

discuss or not... Just a little food for thought...

The day they start before midnight in NYC is the day I\'ll be there. 10-10:30 is a reasonable start at any venue, 2 full sets all the way!

Oh and if I was in the loop for advanced notice of shows, I\'d be happy to get the shows in the paper, it would take about 5 minutes per paper and if the band or management isn\'t willing to do that, well that\'s just dick.

Iron Horse sucks for the following reasons::: guy that works tickets is a serious dick, taping policy is wack, and they make you wait outside in the cold.

Other than that it is TOTALLY in the interest of The Breakfast to play as many Northampton shows as they can, and I\'m happy to see they already have another date next month (well, of course I am, I live here). I am seeing a new breed of younger fans turning out with massive enthusiasm in this area.

The worst thing that can happen is for Bfam / .info crowd to stop going to Iron Horse because they don\'t like the venue. The fact is The Iron Horse is a pretty reputable venue with a lot of history and a lot of serious talent rolls through there. Turnout is usually pretty good but we can and need to do better to get Breakfast at Pearl Street Nightclub in the near future.

....

Festivals... I can\'t help but think of Up North Festival last year when it comes to turning on new fans. I have literally never seen so many people discover and have their faces melted by The Breakfast in all the years I\'ve seen em. Strange Creek last year with the super long AM set (that I missed) generated huge buzz and I know there is a small legion of new fans in this area based on that show alone. This band deserves and has earned some decent slots at Northeast regional festivals. I really hope this happens.

.....

Side Projects.... sorry to say I\'ve never gone to even one. Beatles A-Z next weekend will likely be my first and honestly that\'s only because The Breakfast is playing right after. I imagine there are a lot of people like myself who really would love to support the band members but, ya know, Timmy tour is pretty awesome (and if he ever came to western mass I\'d go in a heartbeat) but I\'m a ser Psychedelic Breakfast fan and that\'s just what\'s up.

....

Northeast-Regional-ness ::: I honestly do feel bad for ser fans outside the region. But in these times of tightening the belt..um..wallet and busy work schedule among other things I\'m just not driving as far as I used to for Breakfast shows.

IMO its a good idea for The Breakfast to play CT, Mass, Upstate NY and NYC for the most part. A dooze is still a great show for people there but it doesn\'t do much to spread the word.

People need to take responsibility for their home turf if they are not already. Bring NEW people. Break their balls if you have to. Who gives a crap they\'re gonna have a good time. Make calls to people who *should* be there but are probably sitting around unmotivated because they haven\'t seen Breakfast in a couple years and in their minds the energy is lost. As we all know The Breakfast has been dropping straight heat since Jordan returned so this is the time!

....

And finally, a complaint. **** Southbridge, MA. Glad to see them play Tammany Hall even tho I was too influenza\'d to make it.

Complaint #2... I\'m getting kind of old for these shows that don\'t start until like 11:00PM and end at 2:15 and I get home at 4:00AM. It\'d be nice to have shows start at 9:00PM or so, so I can retain a normal sleep cycle and actually make it to more shows.

peace
Breakfast thank you guys your music is like a shot of positive energy straight to the jugular.

Ditto.. really I\'ll be going to shows as long as they have them.. side projects.. whatever.. The band has been able create and sustain a rabid core fanbase for over 10+ years. This music will live and last because of that. These guys can and will have careers in music in one capacity or another because of it and we\'ll continue to support those things because of it.

Does anybody on this board understand that nobody\'s getting rich as thebreakfast but they can at least pay the bills with side projects. You all like to use the im broke excuse when you dont go to shows, well if these guys go broke there are no shows. And as far as where they play, have you guys thought for two seconds about the realities these guys have??  Wives, a kid, bills just like the rest of you shmucks, so for the time beimg distane and duration  have to be limited. Grow the **** up and accept whatever decisions they make no matter how bad you think they are. There is a life outside the breakfast and the four of them have to live it just like the rest of us.

Ahhhh, a voice of reason in a community that seems increasingly headed in a direction of... I WANT THIS & I WANT THAT & WHY AREN\'T THEY PLAYING IN MY LIVING ROOM RIGHT NOW!  I\'m just grateful that they have kept the music going strong all these years without ever giving up through all the gear theft, the bad & slow nights, the loss of Jordan (glad to have ya back), the loss of Ron, finding a bass player that could fill his shoes and keep the band going strong with some solid bottom end (thanks Dangleese), all the management, sound, and lighting changes... I mean seriously people, appreciate what you have and the hard work that\'s put in to keep the good times rolling.  If it\'s slow on The Breakfast aspect they gotta do what they gotta do to put some $$ in their pockets... govt. ain\'t gonna bail them out!  The music industry has changed a lot even in my lifetime, and it\'s harder and harder to stick to your guns and make the music you want to make without catering to someone else.  I for one have seen few bands with as much musical talent as these guys, and it remains a mystery to me why they haven\'t been recognized on a larger scale.  Guess I\'m just happy they\'re playing at all...

Lots of good things said in the last couple of posts.

I really love this band, we all do. My love grows every day.

I wish the big biz people could see that and realize that there IS huge potential here, that people love this band, listen and buy their music, and travel distances to see their live performances.

Until then, I want the band to be happy with the path they are on, and I accept whatever happens from there.

One problem I can see is that shows are consistently not even listed in many local papers. I\'m talking FREE. Meanwhile out of state bands seem to have their **** listed months in advance. So many papers have decent weekly entertainment sections: Hartford, Meriden, Waterbury, even the NH Rag.

That\'s because those bands have a team working for them that does more than have an email addy on a web site and call themselves managers etc... Short of that.. the band would have to do this all for themselves (no offense to my friends in this band but...ain\'t gonna happen after 11 years.)and do it in every single market they play.

Reality is that this is the best band you\'ve never heard of. Unless we can get some a or b level agency/mngmt to notice this band as a huge UNTAPPED resource with growth potential that rivals the biscuits or UM.. nothing will happen.

Hopefully this post doesn\'t come off like a toothy blow job. Anyone who knows me knows how I feel about these guys and their music. My affinity for these guys is immeasurable.

BTW... was the beating a dead horse graphic in leiths post a shot at me?

Does anybody on this board understand that nobody\'s getting rich as thebreakfast but they can at least pay the bills with side projects. You all like to use the im broke excuse when you dont go to shows, well if these guys go broke there are no shows. And as far as where they play, have you guys thought for two seconds about the realities these guys have??  Wives, a kid, bills just like the rest of you shmucks, so for the time beimg distane and duration  have to be limited. Grow the **** up and accept whatever decisions they make no matter how bad you think they are. There is a life outside the breakfast and the four of them have to live it just like the rest of us.

amen...

The saddest part is that this will probably be the most popular thread on dotinfo for at least the month of March.

you forgot about the phish reunion threads. as of friday 8p-ish est that one\'s going to jump wayyyy ahead.

and ellis nailed the conversation imo. There are things I would do different, but I\'m not in a place to. It\'s their buisness/lives. Do you really think they are taking gigs because "hey, this will **** off our fans, let\'s go for it!", or "hey, this will annoy the hell out of a couple of people, but at least I\'ll be able to buy diapers!"

end of the day, **** if it makes you feel better, but if you want there to continue to be shows at all do what you can to support them.

This thread was created for that purpose...**** away... I don\'t think one person thinks that the band wants to **** anyone off.. thats retarded..

Post shows... If I couldnt find a "venue" I\'d be booking hotel ballrooms and selling tix online!

Adrian... I know you\'re trying.. Lack of interest from the "biz community" has to do w/ stagnation, inconsistencies in line ups and lack of good representation. (NOT SAYING I\'M BETTER OR WORSE) please don\'t misunderstand.. these opinions reflect the bands current status which is a result of a few years of mis representation, bad timing etc... it is what it is.. That being said... the bands manager should have his foot firmly planted up the ass of an agent and should also be talking w/ bands, managers, buyers, promoters... working the back end while the agen works the front end.. that\'s how it gets done and even then... doesnt always work.
Let\'s also remember that merch, grass roots distribution at major events, facebook, twitter, myspace and the 20 other sites available for promo... anyway.. it just seems that the energy to do this stuff is slipping.
Gotta go to work.. be back later

Can you elaborate on this? Are you saying you guys try to get these gigs like this and are denied? Or are these shows generally set up by invite and you never receive one?

Any way of exercising the Cactus connection (obviously not right now but in the near future)? He obviously digs TB enough to help the cause, no?

Speaking of side projects, The Wall St Journal had an article about airlines having trouble filling flights on certain routes, resulting in tickets from $200 roundtrip between New York/Boston and San Francisco.  I\'d like to see Timmy Tour make a triumphant return to SF with a 1-week tour of select Bay Area venues, possibly with some sit-ins with his local allies (Tea Leaf Green for example) if it was timed right.

Dude that makes way to much sense to have a chance of happening.
Tim/Josh would sell a couple nights so easily it\'s ridiculous.
W/ the possibility of Trevor, Reed, Lebo, or Sean Leahy sitting in....

Hmmm may have to put a call in to Sabec abt this.

How about another Puppet House run? Maybe with another cool "gimmick" a la the Morrison Hotel and Sgt. Pepper\'s shows. I could go for another pair of BYOB three-setters; 8/20/05 was my "favorite show ever" for a long time.

Okay, I\'ll be the first **** to comment seriously in this thread because basically it\'s been me and leith who\'ve been bitching the most about where and when.

I\'ll make a couple points that members of the band have already stated:

- No extensive touring for the upcoming future.
- Taking a little breather during the beginning of the year.
- Upstate NY will be somewhat of a homebase moving forward.

So from this, I take it that the band will basically be weekend warriors in the New England/Upstate NY area with a few sparse shows in NYC, NJ, and PA.  Looking at the schedule there are far more side-project shows that TB shows, but if you look at the number as they fall between Friday-Sunday, there\'s actually 3 more TB than side-project.  Would it be reasonable to suggest side project shows Monday-Thursday and TB shows Friday-Sunday?  I don\'t know, I\'m not in the band, but that would make sense to me; that would put them at 23 "announced" shows rather than 13 through the first 5 months of the year (please note that I am saying announced shows; there could be more added and I\'ll be wrong).

As for where the band plays, I guess you\'d have say that they should play where the fans are.  If that means CT, Mass and Upstate NY, then so be it; as long as NJ get 1 or 2 shows a year, I\'ll be happy.

I can\'t speak for anyone else on the site, but I really want this band to succeed and not be a regional band that will be celebrating their 20th Anniversary show at Toad\'s Place.

here you go. have at it.

i know i\'m not the only one who is tired of shows being announced, only to have the threads about those shows turn into off-topic rants about where the band should be playing instead.

so here, use this thread. when a new show is announced, and you\'re angry that it\'s not in your living room or that it\'s in a questionable neighborhood, come in here to share with everyone why you are so angry. we want to know. let this be your outlet.

thanks.
