oh alright. if you insist.
-
yes, 3/12/05...go get that show.
-
no idea the date, but I\'m sure somebody knows it off the top of their head...
show was at the wheelhouse (i think) in the middle of a crazy snowstorm. Set 1 has an insane space oddity>dig. Set 2 was a monster set. The cd is in my car, I can get the date tonight if nobody else gets it first
2005-03-12- The Call; Providence, RI
Derick,
what did you do with all of your discs?
That little upstate run 9/07 looks tasty. I am jamming the Red Square show now. I think Gravity is my new favorite song after the Middle East show. Gravity is heady...
tossed them ALL... it was hard to do but i\'m sick of lugging around boxes of cd and cases that i never touch other than to move out of my way to get something else

i just got rid of ALL of my cds and put them in itunes..... all backed up on an external. i just hope i don\'t fry this thing otherwise i\'ll be screwed
-
Yeah, cds are obsolete, but I like having a disc, listening to it at home or in the car, being able to look at the setlist or making a cool cover for it. We are so lucky to have the archive. If a disc gets trashed, then I can easily replace it. My computer sound sucks as well. But, I do stream a show to check it out, and if it sounds good on my computer, then it will be great on my slightly less sucky home stereo speakers.
Its cool to know that there are other freeks out there that feel the need to get all this great stuff too.
Klout, I\'m on it brother. Thanks for the recommendation.

GBFB and mooboos = epic
this show was what got me back into the band after a year of hating and boycotting the trio

over the past few months, i\'ve ditched all my 200-500GB hard drives, and i\'ve now got 10 1TB SATA drives up and running.
though my OS is still running on a measly 400GB drive...
this is the geekiest geek **** I\'ve ever geeked at.
I\'m so jealous

i just picked up 2 500s really cheap.
i cant tell u the last time i listened to a cd.
-
Big hard drives are cheap. I like to download most of the shows as well for the better sound quality and convenience vs. streaming off archive.
9/14/07 if you havent heard that one yet.
-
archive=ideal for streaming.why bother burning to disc?
For keeps! :-)
take it from somebody who went absolutely nuts downloading>burning, cds are slowly becoming obsolete.
everything is mp3(ipod,zune,exhd)..

I have a similar problem. Only I ran out of disk space. Fortunately, my new 1TB SATA drive has arrived. Woo hoo!
-
cd-o-mania.
kinda like a bibliophile but w/ tunage.

Thank you, I have checked out all of the previous digests. I was thinking of the one with the interview with Chris. I did see it at Sterling this year so maybe I was not quite in my right mind then. Or maybe it was too right!
My addiction is going strong. I would like to send out love and thanks to the tapers who record the magic and share it with all of us. Now to go download that \'06 with Epi 1-2-3 on it!
-
the digests are posted on here. you might just have to hunt them down

your quick for an old man ;)
-
Will we see another issue of the digest? I got one at Sterling this year but I lost it. Can that one be posted on this site?
All of the digests can be found in the downloads (http://www.thebreakfast.info/forum/downloads.php) section.
Glad to see you\'re having fun with your new addiction!!
-
Hey brother Klout, I am planning on being at Albany, if I can afford to I might do Mill St the day before. NYE would be sick!!!
-
hey bob glad to see you getting out to shows outside of I-town and digging all the sick shows on archive. see at red square or NYE maybe!
-
I have a serious problem:
I can\'t stop downloading shows from archive. I really can\'t stop. I can\'t rest until I have everything I can. I have cds piled up to the ceiling.
But I love it. Why did it take me so long to find this band and see the light?(had to get that one in there)
So here I am, helpless against the awesome power of the Breakfast.
I guess the real help I need is more blanks!
