If you download the latest reader (9) with the east asian pack, it should work.

We call this war WWII.

I find this article interesting for 2 reasons;
1.) I have never read this view point before.
2.) The author - the head of the Japanse National Air-Defense Force - was forced to resign two weeks after publishing it.

...that guy has balls.
