That\'s hilarious; someone finds it too tough to cough up 17 big ones for a NYE show with the Breakfast? peeps throw down hundreds and thousands for a night on the town for new year and a 20 bill is exorbitant? ah, well; i remember college too. liviing in montana i\'d gladly pay 40 for one set of the breakfast. good luck all with the serbriety controls...i mean patrols!! lol! steve in montana

ser guy? you don\'t think the band is worth paying $17 for a new years show? I know times are tough but hell, most breakfast shows are free -> $10. Given what you get out of a show even at $17 that\'s dirt cheap for new years!

Not sure you\'d want to walk from LaQuinta. It\'d be a cheap cab ride, but there\'s no real good way to get there, and you\'ve got to go through a sketch part of town.
The LaQuinta is right by the Ikea off exit 46 (Long Wharf) on 95. If that helps at all.

Hey #s check out La Quinta... its a few bucks more but only like 1.8 miles from Toad\'s (good walking distance if your trashed or spun) and there aren\'t reviews of cigarette holes in the sheets. Its about $100 for a room. Let me know what you think... this looks like the best option to me without shellin out twice as much.

both of you guys need to take song endings into account. mayfly> is pretty much impossible unless they segue before the ahoy section. songs that have a definite, tight ending don\'t actually segue, the next song just starts really fast, unless the first note of the second song is the last note of the first song or there is a drum solo or something

so, both of you need to add a bunch of ^Unfinished to your setlists.

that said, ser setlist wolf! almost as crazy as second set Mill St.

I can\'t speak for the Breakfast and I can\'t speak for Stoops but I know that Raq has been looking for a NYE gig. If that was to go down would Stoops play with the Breakfast or Raq? I don\'t know the answer to that. I have seen Raq without stoops before so anything is possible but I would imagine that he would rather play with his band... Will Raq even book a NYE gig? I don\'t know that either. All I do know is that they are trying.

As much as I loved Utica last NYE, a 20 min drive is soooooooooo much better than a 4.5 hour drive in a blizzard!
