man, one of the best times jill and i have ever had was in va beach, watching melvin\'s band with tim sitting in... Melvin: You know what i mean when i say e over b-flat? Tim: yeah. Melvin: ok, one two three four.... :lol:

we actually thought about getting melvin for the wedding and asking tim to come sit in, but the logistics didn\'t work and we decided screw giving the aunts and uncles something a little less out there, we want our favorite band to rock out!!

so, i guess what i mean is, have a blast and let us know if it gets taped!!!

For anyone near St. Paul Minnesota
I am playing with Melvin Sparks Band at the Paradise Center for the Arts
it is funky groove/boogaloo/ jazz with Melvin on guitar and Bill Carbone(miracle orchestra) on drums. I get to play a big old organ.  come down if you are free, it should be a funky good time!
