Yea, I am really pissed I am not going. I am going to be 25 at midnight and I have always wanted to go to the Mercury lounge..
-
That\'s it, it\'s official......I\'m out. I have to work until 1:00am. It was poor judgement and planning on my part. I\'ll see you guys in November......and remember KNOCK THEM ON THEIR ASSES ACROSS THE NATION!!!!!!
-
i\'m 50/50
-
who isn\'t broke these days?
meh.
if i can make it work, i\'ll be at the show..
You\'re a woman. It shouldn\'t be too difficult to get some guy to take you out.
-
does anybody think they are really going on at 11?
it would be a pleasant surprise because it would mean:
a) they would play two sets
or
b) I wouldn\'t be too exhausted Friday morning at 6 am
my money is on a 12 o\'clock start
either way I am looking forward to Mclean sitting in with the boys
i hope it\'s 11... i\'m getting too old for this monkey business.

As soon as I put myself on the roll call, my job tries to screw me. Now, I\'m a definite.....maybe? It must be some sort of Breakfast jinx, like a breakfast Gencs....only better looking.

I might not be there that early, but those of you who are, should talk up The Breakfast to the Mclean crowd. Try to tell them to stay and check them out, tell them how good they are!!!
eh, i think i\'m gonna talk about how much they suck and how i don\'t understand why i\'m even there b/c it\'s such a waste of time and money.

nick -- u gonna make it down?
I will try. I got dinner with the folks before that in Norwalk, CT...so i guess it depends on when i get back. If I am back at my house by 10 and the band truly won\'t come on until 11, then i just might.

does someone in the band have a particularly personal connection to the events of that day?

They should hook up with Consider the Source; both are pretty hard-hitting bands that could possibly share some fans. Justin told me they draw a few hundred in NYC. I explained to him that I heard about his band on the Breakfast board and he had no idea it was another band\'s fansite, just thought it was a general music message board.
yeah, man. definitely. my buddies in wounded buffalo theory are working on a fall or winter party with CTS and of course i would love to get breakfast on there as well, which could definitely happen if the boys are in town during the party. plan is to have a brooklyn warehouse type of all-night throwdown. instant fan base collaboration. wbt and cts are buddies and are building up fans nicely in nyc. no reason breakfast wouldn\'t fit right in w/ that crowd. just a matter of time...

This is just about a week away, time to get some buzz going.
School is back in session so maybe we can get some of the students out for this event.
