I Met The Walrus (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmR0V6s3NKk&e)
In 1969, a 14-year-old Beatle fanatic named Jerry Levitan, armed with a reel-to-reel tape deck, snuck into John Lennon\'s hotel room in Toronto and convinced John to do an interview about peace. 38 years later, Jerry has produced a film about it. Using the original interview recording as the soundtrack, director Josh Raskin has woven a visual narrative which tenderly romances Lennon\'s every word in a cascading flood of multipronged animation. Raskin marries the terrifyingly genius pen work of James Braithwaite with masterful digital illustration by Alex Kurina, resulting in a spell-binding vessel for Lennon\'s boundless wit, and timeless message.

mimes taking over daniel st? Is this going to be like that family guy episode where peter opened the big boys dinner and Joe brought all the guys in wheelchairs?
And I yelled out buquebus just to see what the crowd reaction would be.
-
Are they all gonna be painted up like a bunch of ding dongs?
:idunno:

They talked with Tim after the show. They have been going to every Beatles tribute show within their reach for years. They said last night was the best they have heard. Supposedly, they\'re coming back next week with 20 of their friends.
f\'ing awesome! :)

Anyone figure out what was up with Metallic Mime and his Raggedy Ann wife?
It\'s official: mimes out of character (but still in costume) are even creepier than mimes in character. It\'s just not natural.
Yeah, mimes can\'t talk on cellphones. It\'s freakin\' impossible!!

A great night all around; pissed that I missed the first week (and, most likely, the next week to).
Non-musical highlight:
While Jordan and Adrian were onstage, somebody (couldn\'t see who) yells "Buquebus!". And without missing a beat, Mr. Spaceman retorts with "Smarten up!". Good call, Spacey.

such a great time! my mom and sis had an absolute blast! w/in seconds of the band starting, my mom\'s like, "oh my god! they sound greeaaat!" with a huge smile on her face. they both are big beatles fans and they totally dug it. we sang beatles songs the entire way home!
much love to you all for welcoming my fam into the bfam! they got such a kick out of the whole scene. they\'re like, "tim this..." and "chris that..." it\'s so funny! i love it! :)

You Tube would be cool to watch, but that would only allow you to enjoy it from the confines of sitting in front of a computer.
-
jambase should do an article on this, or at least some online music site
-
a one time send space would be huge. tim is working with chris on how to distribute it. I\'ve heard youtube at one point but I don\'t know if that\'s still the case.
-
Here\'s a dumb question, but I know that these shows are being taped, but are they going to be able to circulate on archive.org or some non-bt arena? If not, could we do a one-time send-space of all five shows. Thanks in advance.
-
I believe they actually summoned Satan himself during Helter Skelter.
-
walrus was the ****.
-
They definitely are, via the audio of Fitz and video of Ken.
-
Wow! Sorry if this has been asked before, but are these shows being taped?
