Post by: FrankZappa on January 26, 2009, 02:38:06 pm- I had an eye exam like 2 years ago and was sure I\'d need glasses as it was my first one since like 6th grade and I could tell my eyes had gotten much worse in that time but I was still above 20/20. Scary to think what I was as a kid then. They wanted to check something and gave me drops to dilate my eyes, it slowly got harder and harder to read, than damn near impossible after about 20 minutes in the waiting room but I was still able to figure out what the words were and keep reading until he brought me back in to check them again. I told him that I was having trouble reading for the last few minutes and he said you\'re not suppose to be able to read at all with the drops in. :shrug:

And for two completely different takes on "Sorry, Chip":
So many funny things happening in these vids besides the obvious. The first one, the teenage-voice-change whimpering is awesome, and how about his friends cracking up and continuing to play while he is lying there with a torn ACL?
Second one is even better. First the announcers with classic lines such as "She has to say yes here." and "I\'m just waiting for once where the girl says no." and "He\'ll get over that in about 10-12 years." Then, in the worst moment of his life, he\'s being consoled by the frikin Rockets mascot! And then they start playing "Love Stinks" over the PA!!! GREAT job by the arena DJ!!
