It doen\'t say anything about no glass bottles.  Also, if there\'s no re-entry, does that mean we can\'t get back to our car to make our 100 trips (if we don\'t have 3 people in it).

Looks like we\'ll just have to see when we get there.

I just saw this on the site, so I think you\'ll be alright.

I\'ve been watching Accuweather / Weather.com like a hawk all day....

things are slowly improving! Looks like we\'re gonna have a couple quick showers here and there but probably not a total mud-fest after all :D

:(
Saturday: Cloudy with showers and thunderstorms. High 72, Low 53, Chance of Precipitation = 40%
:(
Sunday:  Thundershowers. High 75, Low 55, Chance of Precipitation = 40%

and damn, bands cant play in the lot?  sorry chip breakfast latenight lot jam

penny, are you going up with fizzlefest?  if so, let him know i am solid with my ride so i wont need to hop in with you guys...maybe on the ride back though ill keep you updated, thanks!

Will do.  Ugh, know of anyone else that might want to hop in our car? :/

Okay now I\'m confused.  This is what\'s listed on the festival site:

The NO List (camping)
NO re-entry
NO open fires
NO kegs
NO large grills
NO pets
NO weapons
NO illegal substances
NO fireworks
NO unlicensed vending
NO your band cannot play in the lots/camping areas.

It doen\'t say anything about no glass bottles.  Also, if there\'s no re-entry, does that mean we can\'t get back to our car to make our 100 trips (if we don\'t have 3 people in it).

Looks like we\'ll just have to see when we get there.

Gritty\'s is the beer sponsor so you might not want to bother.

But if you know anyone volunteering at the fest. They usually get in with little or no search at all ;)

Glass bottles are the hardest thing to sneak into fests....
and when they find them they\'re gonna give your car a thorough search.

IMO, not worth. Bring cans.

Wait, so we can\'t have bottles in the campground?  I understand the concert area, but the campground too?

Just thought I\'d throw this out there...  Does anyone need a ride?  Seeing how it\'ll just be Penny and I in the car, we\'ll have to park in the separate lot and take the shuttle bus.  Sounds convenient, until you factor in all the gear (all camping gear, chairs, backpacks, heavy-ass cooler, radio, etc.)  Or perhaps anyone willing to jump in our car outside the gate so we can get in?  :)

Just thought I\'d try...

i may take you up on that, depending on what the situation is with the other car(s), ill keep you updated.

Ok cool.  Something I forgot to mention, we\'ll be arriving on Friday and leaving on Monday.

Maybe if I raise my voice a little bit, ya know, its all about whats in earshot.

ok, so I need some advice...

I have to be in bridgeport at 6:30a sunday hopefully well rested for a race. If breakfast are playing 6-7p according to adrian, I could leave RIGHT WHEN THEY STOP PLAYING and be home about 11/11:30, 5 hours sleep and on to the race. If so, I\'d be able to head up right after work on friday I\'d be getting there around 8pm. figures I have to work late.

Anyway, Should I stay or should I go? I\'d love to go but this is really going to suck if I do. Is it worth it if I\'m only going to be there for 23 hours?

grabs your attention, show cases great writing skill as well as great technical playing, and sets a fierce pace for the set!

Maybe you\'re right but I just feel it\'s better suited for the spacyness of the lights in an otherwise pitch black setting.

It was funny I ran into Chris DiAngeles right after Umphreys.. I was like, dude next week you guys back to back with Umphreys, its gonna kill. Chris thought I was talking about UM (who are pretty cool), I had to set the record straight. Breakfast is gonna kill.

Anyway it was nice to meet you Chris.

Damn I am still @ Vibes in my head.

You guys should meet up with my crew or straight up camp with us. The solar shower was key. And we are gonna be so well party-supplied its not even funny.

Coma is a great song/opener but I just feel it will lose some of its appeal if it doesn\'t have Ellis doing a light show behind it and therefore the 7-8 minutes they spend playing jam > Coma isn\'t going to attract more people to the stage as much as a more upbeat song will.

ds95820998508902598235.... we should def. meet up somewhere. it says on the website that they aren\'t allowing vehicles with less than 3 people to park inside the venue (to encourage carpooling), so depending on how many are in our cars, we should try to consolidate anyway, so we dont\' have to take a bus from an off-site parking area.

Whats everyones plans? A big camp bfam would be ser biz.

Dave who you going with? I am thinking about trying to get there or at least close on thursday night.

make it happen !!!

i am 99% in for this; most likely renting a car since the tranny died on my camry. might be flying up from CT solo unless the L-train decides to come (i think shes at 80%, help me out folks!)....

i\'d love to meet up with the bfam or camp with/nearby ya\'ll.... as it gets closer we should solidify some plans!!!!

:( :doh:DOOOOOOZE! You could always do it up gypsy style. Just drop a hundge 25 or whatever on the ticket and the b-fam will most likely hook ya up with food/beer/drugs (i\'ll do my part, lord knows folks have hooked me up in the past). I mean Bonzo goes to festies w/ nothin\' but the clothes on his back. ;)
