haven\'t had a chance to listen to it at all yet. i can say for sure that if any of it comes out at all, it\'ll only be a few select songs.
I sure hope D5 is one of those few selected.
Next up: No Regret!
that would be awesome

-
By far, i vote this my favorite GTB show ever.
Yep I think this is probably my favorite GTB show now too, it had everything you could have possibly wanted and more! So happy there are 2 more shows in the next 2 months! :D
-
One of the best shows ever! Stage antics, Breakfast tunes, crazy!!
Thanks guys.
:that:
glad i was able to escape a family function and make it out. the corner pocket is kind of lame but the gtb shows there are always hilarious. aeroplane>wtf>aerplane was sick.. hearing d5 made my night!!! no mellowship slinky but apache rose was good enough for me.. i don\'t think i\'ve heard the gtb do \'if you want me to stay\' before--one of my favorite rhcp covers and it sounded great. hope i can make it to the next show in july.

When I go to a GTB show, I never know what to expect. but an full blown original lineup "What the Funk" in the middle of Aeroplane with You Enjoy Myself teases????
What more could one possibly want???
Then "Circle lanes..." that gave me a good laugh..
So much fun dancing with everyone as usual!
Can\'t wait for Toads

ghetto toss (which is a sort of cross between horseshoes and beirut played with washers and 2 holes in the ground
Well that made me laugh, which is unfortunate because just half an hour ago I split my lip open because I was looking at an illustrated interpretation of the Kama Sutra and trying to see if I could recreate one of the positions and I had my laptop on my stomach and it slid down and smacked me in the mouth and my lip bled all over the place. True story.

Joc, you\'re supposed to do the Kama Sutra with another person, not your laptop!

....everyone who likes the breakfast, chili peppers, or just great times and great music, needs to go to a good time boys show, you will totally not be able to wait for the next one....
such a great, loose, happy feel to their playing, it\'s like the fun you\'d have at an all-time great b\'fast show (i.e. iron horse 4/18) pretty much every time, maybe it\'s the obvious love for the music of the chili peppers they have, or the passion, or the lack of pressure or whatever it is, but they\'re all memorable ones...
and there are 2 more coming soon...
they really couldn\'t have picked a better band name if they tried.
absolutely. could not have said it better....

Tremendous show - incredible energy!!!!! Can\'t wait to get some audio from it.
I believe Ken WAS filming, just not doing the close-ups, etc.
-
yea, that\'s tims pant leg you\'re seeing.
Mr. Devo however does deserve a round of applause for the wardrobe for 2 reasons, first being that he had what appeared to be official red hot chilli pepper sweatbands on, and for matching his hat with his shirt so that they both had a giant "977" on them. Why I noticed this, I haven\'t the foggiest.

What the heck was Devo wearing, a sweatshirt or the Eeyore costume?
looks like hes wearing Tim

Excellent show. What a treat to see Jordan on stage for an impromptu What The Funk and then a great move by Dave to request D5, which surely made for a frenzied crowd.
And there just must be something about me keeping setlists which causes tease to come out of the woodwork. I can\'t ever recall a GTB show that had this many, which of course, is fine by me. And a good job by you too Paul. You were sniffin\' out teases like a bloodhound last night.

Looks like a killer time, sad i missed it

What a great show... although the memories are a bit fuzzy, too many pre-show rounds of ghetto toss (which is a sort of cross between horseshoes and beirut played with washers and 2 holes in the ground - I had a real good teammate so we were on for like 6 rounds). Anywho, the GTB\'s definitely bring the fun.

 wow!!!
what a crazy show!!! now im used to some stage antics at the good time boys, it\'s certainly the norm, but im not sure what got into those guys last night. bodies flying around on stage, who\'s on who\'s back, who\'s on the floor? absolutely awesome energy and SO MUCH FUN!!
the crowd was absolutely wild as well.... i had *so* much fun dancing with you all!!! i wish i could pick a highlight of the show... but the entire night, as a whole, was just fantastic. the guys nailed every song!!
many many thanks to everyone for helping me celebrate my graduation day. GTB: thanks for the Charlie dedication, it\'s been stuck in my head for days (and the may fly tease was an extra bonus!). And thanks for all those shots (tracy, mark, duane) - the tequila surely tipped me over that edge....
i have some really funny pics and a video of what the funk. i\'ll post them asap!

absolutely preformed as circle lane. Also, while ken had his gear set up, he was not shooting during the good time boys set nor did I see the record light on. It\'s possible that he just had it going as a wide shot but I don\'t know. Either way mr. peck recorded audio.
somewhere around areoplane tim teases "enter the champions", an old \'circus theme\' melody just before the start of the song. I forget which though. I don\'t know what was going on last night, but somehow I was picking up teases even before pitchie. en fuego.
While I\'ve only seen a handfull of gtb shows, this was by far the best energy from both the crowd and band (and that\'s saying a lot for tim at a gtb show).
quote of the night:
Dave: "How about we don\'t play any more and we all just sit here and watch timmy drink for the rest of the night?"
Tim: "Seriously? Do I still get paid? Don\'t tease me!"
-
What an amazing show. It was worth the late start ;) Even with the microphone issues in the beginning for dave, the crowd was completely into it. By far, i vote this my favorite GTB show ever. So many stage antics, audience antics. Can\'t wait to see what the boys break out next month at Toad\'s. You people are silly if you don\'t get down there and check it out.
The one thing I might do if I ever stand that close to a speaker again is invest in Mr. Paul Ryan\'s ear plugs. Smart man.
What a fitting tribute to elisa graduating!
Oh, and I think it wasn\'t sung as "Purple Rain", rather as "Circle Lanes". I didn\'t realize everyone had a love for the bowling alley....
-
Please tell me that this was taped and will be made available by some other means than BT. I gotta hear this show.
Dave on Audio.....Ken on vid.
Killer!!! Wish I could have stayed longer!
