The issue would and will be selling enough tickets to cover costs.

but still would require selling a bunch of tickets at at least $50-$60. (cost would include beer and food all weekend, actually, which i think is reasonable...)

Um, yes?

All inclusive for $50-60? Are you SER??? That would be a total steal!!! But, in all reality, I think they would lose their shirts, house, first born, left testicle, etc. ;)

my buddies were willing to take a bit of a loss last time we really chatted about them having the breakfast at their fest, but still would require selling a bunch of tickets at at least $50-$60. (cost would include beer and food all weekend, actually, which i think is reasonable...)

I do live on an 8.5 acre farm, I just need time to convert my friend who owns the place into a Breakfast fan.

We need to enlist [insert your favourite socio-religous group which is famous for apostalic behaviour here] to do some ser missionary work for.

Buy a ranch:

[First google response]
TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THIS ONE!! Located in a good rainfall area, we seldom find ranches of this size to sell in an area where carrying capacity per cow/calf unit is exceptionally good! This ranch consists of 1,960 acres of combined CRP, hay, and pasture with a full set of barns and corrals!

well, my friends in wounded buffalo theory put on a euphoric festival every year up in the catskills and wanted the breakfast to play, but the band is a little beyond their price range... of course they\'re always welcome to play pro bono in return for all the beer they can drink, whatever the can smoke, expanded fan base and an all around amazing time! check out the festival: http://www.myspace.com/cabinfest (http://www.myspace.com/cabinfest)  all are welcome!!

i wonder if the breakfast would have as hard a time getting on their own festival as they do other festivals.

There\'s a million festivals happening.  How about a "BreakFEST"???

The Breakfast and about 4 or 5 or more other bands...an all day music event somewhere.  I knew someone who had 5 or 6 acres of land and would put on an annual show.  They have since moved but that would be a killer idea.

What do you think???
