Jeez I couldn\'t even get through the whole thing. I thought it was pretty funny for about 20something minutes, but then it just kind of felt like it dragged on and was a lot of the same.

But to each his own!

"hey, are you going to burning man..."

yup, seth green and matt stone (from south park) are the \'tapers\'.

cool cameos from mike gordon, bob weir, and warren haynes too. FESTEROO here we come. This might put national lampoon backo nthe map

I\'ll let ya\'ll know how it was after i see it tonight

i finally got around to checkin out this movie, and it was actually really funny! lots of subtle humor and it mocks the jamband scene so well, at some points its hard to tell if they are serious or not...claypool definitely shines.... there are some points that seem a little overacted or stretched, but overall its worth a watch for a clever but simple movie, and a good laugh !

"They should lose the food name, that never works.  The electric part is ok." - Mike Gordon

Has anybody seen the jamband mockumentary electric apricot yet? It\'s playing tonight at the Boulder Theater so I am most likely going to check it out. I saw the trailer and it looks hilarious.

LES CLAYPOOL (Primus, Oysterhead, Electric Apricot)

1) What will you remember most about 2007?

It is going to be a very good year for grapes. I live in the wine country, so...I found over 60 big bolete mushrooms this year. (laughs) It was a lousy salmon year.

2) Name one band which will take it to the next level in 2008?

I would say that Miley Cyrus is probably going to take it to the next level, at least for my kids, which is unfortunate.

3) What is your favorite live performance from the past twelve months (and why)?

Probably the new Gogol Bordello record [Super Taranta!].

4) In the last year what album has appeared most often in your iTunes (or CD Player)?

I was at the Police show in Cleveland and I thought that was amazing. I had heard so many mixed reviews and they were just on fire that night. It was incredible and really good to see that. The Gogol Bordello show at the Fillmore was fantastic. I caught half of Tool?s set the other night at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and I thought that was amazing, mainly because I had eaten some mushrooms and the light show was melting my face. There are definitely not a lot of happy places where you can go in your mind when you?re watching Tool but the visuals are unbelievable (laughs).

Totally does not answer that last question.
