Well they claim the study was a useful genetic study blah blah blah but I\'m not convinced.

I feel bad for these little ones. seems to me like they would be in pain all the time. and plus some did not even survive. Im not exactly sure if it was worth it to clone cats just to see if they could make them glow. Its like some scientist had a lot of extra time on his hands.

haha they dont glow unless you have them under fluorescent (UV) light

if i didn\'t despise cats (or if they could be kept kitten sized) i would want one, though waking up to one of those things glowing on my chest would probably freak me all the way out!

they are real...we were discussing it in my nanobiology class. Basically they can do genetic work to the DNA of the cat before it is developed so it codes for GFP (green fluorescent protein), or RFP. Ive used GFP for experiments in the past, its pretty cool.
