yep, i\'m working on rallying my troops for sure. here\'s the pregame i\'m working out w/ my buddies. Come one, come all!

So that means if I go I\'ll get to meet your hubby?

Yea, I\'m going to the show. I put the f nyc in bc I know some people on here feel that way and I wanted to give them an option. It\'s really a question of is there enough time to get from nyc>home>shower>work by 7. Back timing, I would have to leave the city no later than 3:30am. That\'s cutting it CLOSE, especially for an all nighter. I think I\'m going to skip the OT, bonuses come out in another couple of weeks anyway, and there will always be more OT, but how many Breakfast Lions Den 11/30/07 shows will there be? Votes in, poll=closed.

Thanks everyone!

As for meeting the hubby - God I hope so! I don\'t know if he\'ll go to the show, but really there\'s no excuse for not wanting to toss back a few beers!

And now that I hear the ridiculousness that you\'ll have to endure to make it to this show I feel bad for advising you to come! 7 am?! ****. i know i wouldn\'t be able to do it... but too bad! poll closed! decision made! :)

confirmage of two sets will also heavily influence my decision. I dont see why it shouldn\'t be. Have they ever done two sets there before? two sets ...12-4 am would be epic.

OMS> you drivin?
Don\'t know about lions den, I think so. I remember this show going until 4am though:

I was so tired by the middle of gsot, I just wanted the show to end (had been up 24+ hours at that point) and finally, it\'s going to
not end, but go into lady madonna. :wah:

That show still blows my mind for going so late.

dave or anyone. can you confirm that this is a two setter? im considering coming in from ithaca for this show..thanks

i don\'t actually know, but todd says so. i\'m sure a lot of it will have to do on the number of people that make it to the show. the more people, the more time the band gets. that\'s pretty standard, especially in nyc.

you know making it in nyc is critical for any band, especially the breakfast and especially at this point in their career??

this is a very good point.  I would have to say go, and you should probably also bring all your friends/coworkers

Overtime means you can go in and make some extra dough if you want, but your not required to be there, right? So unless your really hurtin\' for cash, **** overtime, hit up the Den. Aaand if you are hurtin for cash, or you are saving up for some holiday spending or whatever, Go to the Den and then suck it up and go to work the next day and if you are too tired oh well its just overtime, it\'s not like you are actually supposed to be there.

Dude, suck it up. Do both. Come on.

any btw, as for the "it\'s only nyc" -- wtf? you know making it in nyc is critical for any band, especially the breakfast and especially at this point in their career??

So they want me to work saturday morning at 7am.. If I do, Lions Den would probably be out of the question and if I did go to the show, I\'d basically be useless at work. There\'s a chance I wouldn\'t have anything to do though and I could just coast through the day. Of course, I\'m usually not that lucky.
