Radiohead Playing for Free Online (Now)

...recalls the Beatles in-studio performance of ?All You Need is Love? on Our World, the first ever live global television link, in 1967.

Also, no-one will ever forget that day in 1967 - even if they weren\'t born then, whereas Radiohead will be forgotten in another couple of years.
)

i hope you don\'t think radiohead will be forgotten in the next few years. greatest band around right now

Sorry leith, even given George\'s flubbed solo on All You Need Is Love, any Radiohead "event" should never be compared to that Beatles broadcast. Why? Because The Beatles even on the fifth set of the day in 1961 could still kick Radiohead\'s a***e. Also, no-one will ever forget that day in 1967 - even if they weren\'t born then, whereas Radiohead will be forgotten in another couple of years.

(Sorry, have really got sick and tired of all the Radiohead press coverage lately over their latest album and the fact that two-thirds of all punters paid nothing for it.)

Yeah I should have put the usual from jambands.com on it. I agree with you.

Radiohead Playing for Free Online (Now)

First Radiohead gave away their new album In Rainbows and now the group is offering a free performance in their recording studio. The legendary British band is currently running through a selection of songs live at http://www.radiohead.tv. The gig is another of the group?s self-proclaimed ?experiments? and recalls the Beatles in-studio performance of ?All You Need is Love? on Our World, the first ever live global television link, in 1967.
