It\'s in the middle of nowhere. The price is like $50,000 too high. rip off. beers not gonna help.

that garage would become one hell of a recording studio. plus the location would be conducive to big budget projects where the artist wants that rural middle of nowhere vibe.

West of Binghamton, geesh no wonder it is 174,000
it would be an ideal place to buy and use as a weekend place until you retire or something. Hell I could almost afford it, I think.
5 acres is cool tho. I like the idea of not having close neighbors

4 bedroom for 174,000. not bad. I\'ve always wanted a log cabin. to bad im not even close to ready to buy a house. Think of all the beer!!!
