Hey guys - I don\'t generally solicit on here, but I could use your help. My wife (Daffodil Jill) is running a half marathon to benefit the Crohn\'s and Colitis Foundation. Some of you may know that I have Crohn\'s disease and it is often debilitating. It\'s often debilitating and it\'s had a tremendous impact on my life. Some of you probably also know that Jill\'s not terribly athletically inclined, so this is an enormous undertaking. She used to run regularly, but hurt her knee. Now she\'s seing a physical therapist and is using the race\'s coaches to make sure she doesn\'t hurt herself again and so far, so good!! Morning runs have been going well and she\'s up to 3 miles with no issues. And it\'s for such a good cause. We need to raise a minimum of $1,600. So, I\'m asking for your support and donations. thanks wolf!! she was psyched to hear there was a run out in our favorite part of the state (the part where all the wineries are, lol!!).
