• i have definitely heard that citrus fruit (i.e. pineapple/oranges) does the trick..it is related to diet and food consumed, try to stay away from coffee too.

• unless its some kind of infection or medical problem the best thing you can do is stop smoking, cut down on drinking, eating meat, fish and dairy. dont eat any asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, onions or garlic. drink a lot of pineapple and cranberry juice and eat a lot of fruits and veggies.
  
  theres your lesson for the day. i guess its common sense if you think about it.

  i just learned that today on the tv food network. when spicey food hits your taste buds causes endorphins to be released from your brain. i guess thats why i like to put hot pepper on almost everything i eat.
