They dont hold the door for anyone. They dont say please or thank you, and they have no problem passing you on the right.
Take your country bumpkin arse back to hills or fields of which you came to that place no one knows exist. Thats the way we do it in CT. Love it or leave it!

well not the being nuts part.
you are evil.
i don\'t get it.
it sucks if a scalper gets a ticket before you do, but , try harder next time.
and what problem do you have with this law? it\'s offering protection to people who purchase tickets from scalpers.
i dunno.. i\'m of the belief that if you buy something, you should be able to do what you want with it, including reselling it for a higher value if that\'s what you wanna do. if people are willing to pay more, why the hell not?
I just think it sucks when someone buys a large amount of tickets purely to resell them at a rediculous amount of money, making it nearly impossible for real fans of the whatever the event may be. I mean come on like ticket prices arent\' high enough already.
I think scalpers stink also, but until the government bans the practice or no one buys tickets from them, they will never go away.

i always thought the government had laws in place to try to ban scapling, now scalpers just can\'t be at the venue?
and there will always be an ass for every seat. i\'ve been the scalper and i\'ve been the ass.
it sux, but hey... whaddayagonnado?
well, for one, don\'t be the scalper. :sigh:
And much like the Sherman anti-trust used so brilliantly by Teddy Roosevelt, any laws against scalpers have been slowly been eroded away by lobbyists.
From my understanding, you could sell a ticket for whatever you could get for it, but you can only sell it for face value if you are on site or within a certain number off feet from the site. That is my understanding.
well, for one, don\'t be the scalper. :sigh:
noted.
the last time i tried, a long time ago in hartford, i convinced a friend to sell his dave mathews tickets for twice their face. found plenty of asses for those seats. got arrested that night and charged with "horsing around in hartford" and when i made bail i came back to find my car flipped on its side.
karma...
I\'ve sold tickets, but they have always been face value because I upgraded and I give change which shocks a lot of people when they give you 2 20s for a 33$ ticket. Once I think it was radiohead, either that or pearl jam, up at mansfield, I was only able to sell 1 of 2 tickets, so I followed around a scalper and then miracled a kid that was about to buy from him just to
**** the guy off.
is "horsing around" against the law in hartford? rotfl
is "horsing around" against the law in hartford? rotfl
i don\'t know, i think not, but i swear on my life that is what the judge said.
it had nothing to do with scalping, the charge was accurate at least, we were rather "horsey" that night.
yeah, i\'ll charge face, and even forget about the service charges, but that\'s a great idea to pass out miracles in front of scalpers!
stay outa the right lane ****.
Stay in the right lane, so I can pass you on the left!
