my cousin knew 4 people on that plane flying down to go play golf....lucky nobody got hurt

just got off the phone with my sister who lives/works in the city about this. it\'s amazing that the pilot was able to do the landing and everyone got off safely. man these people are lucky to be alive. what a nightmare.

This was actually the top news story over here - even beat the Israelis shelling the UN into second billing. Freak accident, but all credit to the pilot - damn good advert for that airline if all the pilots are that good.

it was all setup.... like a magic show to divert everyone\'s attention away from the mayhem going on over there now. i mean blowing up a UN supply warehouse..... dirty underhanded tactics.

that sucks for your cousin weekapaug, that means all there clubs and everyone\'s luggage is at the bottom of the Hudson...... along with everything else down there

it does, but I think losing all their clubs is the least of their worries. they actually got bumped off a prior flight before that one and put on that plane

In tunnels under the warehouse - which held food and medical supplies (not generally flamable) - was a hamas weapons cache, which is what was buring.... dirty underhanded tactics.
