Kid is stoked though once the lawsuit is settled. If he gets a decent lawyer it is an easy case to win. Esp. considering how they kept tazing him and then telling him to stand up. I do believe the UCLA Police training will be rewritten to include direct mention of the effects of tazing on the human muscular system. Idiots. :sigh:

It was disturbing to me though that no one even tried to disrupt the incident. I mean even just getting in close and yelling @ them to stop would have distracted them a bit. Getting a few of those camera phones in close to let the fuckers know they were being taped may have made them cool their jets some.  Yeah there was some yelling abt badge numbers  and such but ..... with the amount of people around I would think someone would have done more. :shrug:
