Looking for a roommate to share 2 bedroom apartment with 2 cats and 1 27
y.o. guy.

Apartment is on the 6th floor of a 6 floor elevator building. Harwood
floors, decent kitchen, tons of light. There\'s cable, phone, and DSL.

The neighborhood is pretty great. The \'A\' train and the \'1\' train are both
1.5 blocks away. There\'re a few good delis and grocery stores very nearby.
(and, fresh direct delivers here!) There\'s a laundromat and dry cleaner less
than half a block away.

The bedroom is approximately 14\' x 14\'. It\'s currently partially furnished
(full size bed, dresser, desk...), but if you have your own, I\'ll store or
get rid of whatever you don\'t need.

I\'m 27 and work as an audio engineer for theater, events, and concerts.. My
work schedule is busy enough that I\'m not home all that much.

Ideally, I\'d find a roommate who is not looking for just a place to crash,
but a place to live. Someone to hang out with if we both happen to be home
at the same time. preferably someone who doesn\'t smoke cigarettes. Because
I\'ve already got two cats, more pets would be tough to accommodate.
