I got a full-page memo from a senior associate athletic director on official letterhead because of a small typographical error in our most recent women\'s basketball game program.
I seriously feel your pain. I do. It\'s like people have no common sense. Typos are mistakes. It\'s not like you purposely sought out to do it. A conversation would have done the job, but honestly, you probably didn\'t even talk about it. I\'m sure after they were all printed, you realized it and went "doh!"
I get the most asinine complaints. If I make one small typo that\'s on the screen for 5 seconds, its like I get an email, two phone calls, and someone at the door.

ah, i wasn\'t talking about the deli, but the ground turkey in the meat department. i buy the 99% lean, and it seems like all they ever have lately is the 93%. blegh.
