NEW YORK - A New York City man is charged with making fake
credentials for major sports events and concerts, along with police
and fire parking placards.
Jerome Knauer was arrested Thursday. The Brooklyn district
attorney\'s office says he\'s charged with forgery and possession of
a forged instrument.
His computer templates allegedly included a Stanley Cup locker
room credential; staff tags for an All-Star Game; a Super Bowl
press pass and a TV access card for a 2007 Marlins game.
It\'s not clear whether any were used.
The National Football League, National Hockey League, National
Basketball Association and Major League Baseball have been
notified.
The prosecutor said Friday that the name of his attorney was not
yet on record.
Never would have happened if they got married in a church with Jesus.
