This guy goes to appeal his prison sentence for raping and killing a 13 year old, and the review board ADDS 6 years to his sentence. This makes me proud of CT. The judges voted 2-1 to impose the maximum 42-year sentence allowed by law.
Rajcok and seven other people were convicted of killing Maryann Measles. The teenager was kidnapped from a New Milford grocery store parking, ****, strangled and wrapped in a blanket, then dumped in the Housatonic River. Her body was found months later floating in Lake Lillinonah.
Rajcok\'s lawyer says he is stunned by the judges\' decision and plans an appeal.
