Jason- you are wrong. I was finally able to do it. It took me a LONG time. And, same as Alli was stating, Robyn and I were just able to switch it in different directions opposite of each other at the same time.
I started by, as Robyn stated, blocking off everything but her foot and the shadow of it. Concentrated on the shadow and voilà.

it\'s not really poo. it\'s intestinal plaque that lines the colon built up over years of poor diet. your much better off without it if you are brave enough to try to get rid of it via fasting and colon cleansing. so they are psyched to have gotten rid of it.
