How is Ser a trademark?
A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol or design, or a combination of words, phrases, symbols or designs, that identifies and distinguishes the source of the goods of one party from those of others.

What goods does Ser identify or distinguish the source of ?
If Wah were to start a business in which he sold goods then he could use Ser for a trademark.
No Wah needs to look into copyright as he mentioned but it is a shortening of another word and there are other uses for the word Ser according to the Urban Dictionary so I am not sure even that is possible besides I doubt he has the money needed as I hear he can\'t even make it to local B\'Fast shows.

\'are you ser?\' could be trademarked if there was intention of making shirts or stickers or merchandise using that expression

Perhaps but I don\'t think so. Then again I\'m not a lawyer but only speaking from experience with helping out Pure Noodle when we were making an album etc.
