It\'s personal opinion on which state is WAY better. I\'ve lived in both, but I\'m staying in Jersey.
As for Superfund Sites - CT has it\'s fair share, plus NJ is just a little more densly populated.
CT Cops profile as well, it may not be racially, but ask the cops who pulled me over and searched my car on numerous occasions for having out of state plates. Last time I checked that was also profiling.
But basically you\'re saying that in order to live in a good state, it needs to appear to have no crime, appear to have no pollution, make more money than anyone else (which wouldn\'t be the case if you took out Fairfield county) and be a haven for crunchy granola hippies. I know that NJ isn\'t the cleanest or the best, but you CT people walk around like your
**** don\'t stink! I\'m not trying to make this a NJ vs. CT thing, but to trash Jersey because you\'ve seen one or two places and look at the financial and eco statistics - that\'s just ignorant.
